Upon arrival, you'll need to fill out paperwork that includes past medical, any concerns/present issues you're experiencing and that's it. I received my first session today. WOW! WOW! WOW! Amazing. I had the full body adjustment with y-strap. The full body adjustment included huge cracks on my back, neck, ankles, fingers, lower back/hip. The y-strap essentially is a strap that goes around your head/neck and when relaxed the doctor tugs and huge relief/cracks are experienced.
