I value that the school follows a set curriculum and that my daughters are also learning Spanish. The structure is wonderful, and I appreciate how their learning at school reinforces the values and teachings we focus on at home. In full transparency, the beginning was a bit challenging. Since my girls were only two at enrollment, they were frequently sick during the first six months and missed quite a bit of school, which required me to rely heavily on my mother-in-law during that time. I also felt that the two-year-old classroom experienced a higher level of staff turnover, making it difficult to keep track of who their teachers were. That said, now that my daughters are older, there is much more stability in their current classroom, and they are truly thriving. Overall, I am very happy with the school and the growth I have seen in my girls. Special shout out to the amazing Miss Nay and Miss Tiffany! My girls adore you!

We are going into our second year at Castle View and my wife and I could not be any happier. We…read morehave our child in the Dual Language Immersion program that is offered there and we are excited with the results so far. We absolutely loved our teacher and thought she did a wonderful job. Neither one of us speak spanish but after just one year our daughter is already translating basic information from the teacher for us. Cannot wait to see what the next 5 years will hold. The school itself has a great campus with a wonderful staff. They host a nice collection of family events to help get the parents involved - ie. Movie night at the start of the year, several lunch with parent days, and a kindergarten field day that our child loved.

It was quickly defined that my daughter is different (hyper) and I well knew this before I entered the school so I was VERY apprehensive entering a school who didn't know what my dear daughter could possibly get into being "on her own' in a class of so many children. She was assigned Ms. Pinto as a teacher and upon meeting her I went home and researched and found that she had some of the highest teaching credentials you can get. Upon her first quarter review her teacher was immediately addressing potential issues in her learning and she one on one teaching techniques. I could not be happier with this school, I come from the most paranoid and worrisome of places in both learning and safety and this school is NOTHING SHORT of quality. The staff cares and takes time and truly cares. Thank you so much Castle View Ps- Parking in the morning and afternoon is the hardest thing about this school ;)

Update on Business Owner's reply:…read more Hi Arun, Thank you for your response. When you said "Unfortunately sometimes children run and get hurt", I need to clarify that this was not a simple unfortunate accident. My 2 -year old child didn't injured from just running, he was pushed by another child. The result was not a minor hurt, but a very deep cut that you could almost see the tissue in his forehead, requiring 9 stitches and leaving a permanent scar on his face! When your staff met with me and my husband, we were not provided with any proof demonstrating that proper supervision was in place at the time. On top of that, when we asked how can a 2 year old push another 2 year old inside the classroom hard enough to require nine stitches, Ms. Ash responded, she knew because it has happened with another child in a different classroom. Which is deeply concerning. If management was already aware of such incidents, what corrective actions were implemented to prevent recurrence? Furthermore, prior to this incident, my son got scratches in his face because a friend pushed him and he fell. This raises serious concerns about supervision. "If a similar push had already occurred, how could a repeated push happen that resulted in such a traumatic injury? When you saying safety is your number #1 priority, being pushed hard enough to cause this type of injury is not just typical play, it indicates a lapse in managing the situation before it escalated. Ensuring children safety requires more than general statements, it requires accountability and proactive supervision to prevent foreseeable harm. Original review: I wish I never had to leave this review! After touring several centers, we chose this daycare because the staff seemed really nice and kind, and the facility was clean. As working parents, we always try to find the safest place for our kids, and I truly believed my son would be safe here. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Our 2-year-old suffered a serious injury while in their care and needed nine stitches on his forehead. Since that day, our lives have been turned upside down. He got so traumatized that he is now fearful of everything and becomes extremely distressed around doctors and nurses. Every time I look at his face, the big scar on his tiny forehead brings me so much pain! No parent or child should ever have to go through something like this! Not only that, in addition to frequent incident reports, he once came home with socks and shoes completely soaked from morning water play and had apparently worn them all day, including during nap time. His feet were pale and wrinkled from being wet for so long. That should never happen! I don't know if the pain I feel every time I see this scar on my son's face will ever go away, but I truly hope this daycare takes children's safety and supervision as seriously as they present themselves. Clearly, they need closer oversight and stronger precautions!

I can't say enough wonderful things about TLE! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel…read moreso welcome and at ease. The teachers are not only warm and caring, but also genuinely invested in each child's growth and happiness. My child comes home every day excited to share what they learned, and I can see real progress both academically and socially. The classrooms are bright, clean, and full of engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. I also love how TLE incorporates a strong curriculum while still making learning fun through play. Communication with parents is excellent too I always feel in the loop about my child's day and milestones. It's clear that the team at TLE truly loves what they do, and it shows in the way the kids thrive. I feel completely confident knowing my child is safe, loved, and learning in such a positive environment. Highly recommend!
