Also, they get a lot of their stuff where it's just about ready to expire or has expired in some cases For like perishable items. The people there are super friendly and it is changed over the years to a cleaner presentation now with the emphasis more on alcohol it appears, but it is very convenient like I mentioned when you don't want to drive to one of the big grocery store chains that's much further and simply get something really quick. You are going to pay a little more premium for it since you're shopping at this place where they do gotta make a little bit of a profit since they're not a huge change store. As an example if you were to go by a box of cereal there where you can get it probably at a grocery chain store for two or three dollars you're gonna pay probably four or five dollars but again very convenient to have it literally in your backyard pretty much.

Honestly love the thought of the BBQ smoking outside but this review has nothing to do with that…read more Seriously check the dates on anything you buy. If no date don't buy it. They sell stuff out of date. Cheese mold, ready to drink margarita tastes funny. I wish I hadn't bought some things. I don't think they throw out old things just lower it's price

Go when they open, grab the bacon, order the Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie, sit outside, and lean into the absurdly California lineup of flavors and ingredients. Everything feels polished, fresh, and a little excessive in a way that somehow works. It's the kind of place that knows exactly what it is and commits fully Parking? Lot. Easy if you go early My top items: Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie (5/5): Almond milk, strawberries, banana, avocado, dates, maple syrup, collagen peptides, sea moss gel, and coconut cream sounds like something a wellness influencer invented during a spiritual awakening, but somehow it absolutely works. Yeah, twenty dollars for a smoothie is borderline criminal, but this thing tasted incredible. Creamy, rich, naturally sweet, and weirdly luxurious without feeling heavy Beeler's Hickory Smoked Bacon (5/5): Wow. Easily some of the best bacon I've had in a long time. Perfect balance of smoke, salt, sweetness, and fat with edges that crisped up just enough without drying out the center. You could actually taste the quality of the pork instead of just generic salt and smoke. Simple, dialed in, ridiculously satisfying

We went during lunch time so I'm aware that was part of the parking lot fullness, but the staff had this almost apathetic attitude. I saw a piece of pizza I hadn't seen and wanted to try. A couple employees were having a convo at the counter. I just waited to see how long they were going to stand there. Longer than you'd expect. I mentioned Milo earlier. Rockstar in the cafe, gave us samples, answered questions about things I didn't see. I was told to try the battered portobellos. I guess they didn't have them that day but I appreciated that Milo checked. That was the most pleasant experience and Milo's customer service was aligned with what I've come to expect. Checkout was lacklustre. This is the first store I've been at that had a conveyor belt. I went through twice. The first person seemed like he didn't want to be there. The second I asked about the new membership tiers and she wasn't sure then she was surprised at my level. I got clarification around the program from someone at my store, and she showed me where vip line is. It just wasn't a vibe I've been used to over any of the stores I've been to. Maybe it's calabasas, idk. I can say I went. 8 down, 3 to go. Ya, Erewhon is probably my personality atp. Ah well, there's worse things!

Many times, the items I purchase at Gather are less expensive than at Vons. - I really like that they have a loyalty program. Sometimes, they will email you a coupon and you can also accumulate points. They always offer a box at checkout which is environmentally friendly and plastic free. - I think the produce area does a great job of avoiding access packaging. They offer compostable bags which is great for the environment. I would love to see more of the prepackaged items on the shelves in non-plastic containers. I recently purchased a plant-based eggnog. Since it was the only one offered, I had to buy the brand in plastic jugs and would prefer paper/cardboard (like the hemp mylk).

This is a must stop off the 101 Fwy exactly 108 miles north of Santa Barbara and 202 miles northwest of Beverly Hills. You get a beautiful, clean, very well organized store with fresh and local( love that) organic produce and products. A really nice variety of healthy snacks, protein bars and juices. The premade sandwiches are extraordinary- we had the Veggie and the balance and the taste was phenomenal- no extra mustard or mayonnaise needed. The vegan salad with fried tofu and this divine( I forgot the name) and deadly dressing was fantastic. The quality of the ginger and the lemons bursting with juice was top notch. The manager Robin was stellar. She showed us the sandwich section , the juices; put everything in a nice box for us to go enjoy outside in their patio in the 74 degree sunshine as happy faces and healthy folks walked by. Great store!!
