She's encouraging, optimistic, and seems to really care. She's very knowledgeable and seems to stay on top of the latest news and research. She is measured in prescribing medications and knows you shouldn't always just throw pills at the problem. Best of all we're making progress! Her assistant is warm and friendly and the front-office is professional and cheerful as well and I have never had an issue with billing.

I posted regarding the experience, and was given a generic response about contacting them if I wished to discuss the matter further. Why would I wish to discuss the matter further, since it won't do any good? Just look at the ratings of this hospital. Look at how many dissatisfied people are posting and receiving a generic reply. How about insisting nurses treat their patients with care, compassion and empathy? How about giving mandatory in-service classes regarding these valuable traits? it would go a long way towards building trust and comfort-particularly for terminal patients and their families. If it had been up to me,he would've been removed from the premises immediately after having requested pain medication for him, and being told he was going to be given Tylenol. It was known that he was in agonizing pain. It was known that his cancer had metastasized. He was agitated and in terrible distress, and it was all traded very cavalierly. What is Tylenol going to do for him besides nothing? 45 minutes later, there was still no sign of the Tylenol. As I stated before, this is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. To top it all off, his nurse was told twice his catheter had become separated, and bodily fluids were leaking all over his bed. While she twice acknowledged she was aware his catheter was leaking, she made no move to fix it. Whatever happened to common decency and treating others with dignity? For context, my mother, sisters, and myself all worked in hospital settings for years. I have never seen such egregious disregard in a hospital setting. Absolutely outrageous and inexcusable.

Wow! Dr Anthony Wong is such a wonderful doctor! He is intelligent, experienced, compassionate,…read moreempathetic, detail oriented, knowledgeable, articulate, a great listener, up to date on the latest medical knowledge and has a great bedside manner. Best of all, he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to help them and give them the highest quality medical care. His nurses and the office staff are friendly, helpful and organized - which is actually not that common - so this is a great perk as well! The office is very clean and everything seems professional. A neat perk is that they have a pharmacy kiosk right in their office so that you can get your prescriptions right then and there which is amazing and so convenient not having to drive to a pharmacy - especially if you're feeling ill! I have been searching for a top notch primary care doctor since I moved to Orange County over a decade ago and I couldn't find anyone truly outstanding (so I kept switching after bad or lackluster experiences) and so I turned once again to Yelp, and although he didn't have many reviews, all of Dr Wong's reviews were 5-stars so I decided to make an appointment and I'm soooooo glad I did because Dr Wong is even better than the primary care doctor I had up in LA who was also outstanding but what sets Dr Wong as even better is that you can just feel how much he cares and wants to help you. His empathy and compassion are really next level. When you add that to him being extremely smart and super well versed in all of the gold standard plus latest medical practices he is truly the best of the best! I have only great things to say about Dr. Wong and highly recommend him! He's best in class!

I have felt like family since day one which is very important since I left all my family back on the East Coast. I have called his office a couple of times in between checkups since I am involved with playing basketball and softball and Dr. Wong's has always been made available to answer my questions.
