Even if you just came in for an estimate, but never had it repaired. Simply walk in and get a CARFAX damage report over a Minor Dent. I discovered a small dent on my car that occurred while it was parked. I went to Shalom auto body for a repair estimate. The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

All they did was taking a bunch of pictures, asking questions, requested my information, and lastly asked me to step into the office and fill out paperwork. I didn't have time to fill out paperwork. He was professional, explained everything and allowed me to watch what he was doing. It was so nice to have someone come to my house and not have to drop the car off or wait in a waiting room for hours. The job took him about an hour and a half and cost just over $200.
