No services or repairs were completed. No paperwork was signed. No fees were mentioned in advance. Just a month earlier, the same car was kept there for two weeks without any storage or admin fees. I'm glad the shop didn't get our business, and the insurance company confirmed that their behavior is typical of shops trying to push unnecessary fees when they don't win a customer. This felt exploitative, unprofessional, and greedy. I strongly advise others not to use this shop.
