The wait time was not very long - also, they have nice pens that you can keep.The office is tastefully decorated and the receptionists are professional. For those of you who still have all their teeth, the implant process takes months. You have to do the extraction, bone graft, implant and then the crown is the final piece. I already had the extraction and bone graft so just needed the implant piece. My mouth won't set off metal detectors but it is strange to think there is a screw in there. I would come in periodically to see if things were progressing nicely enough to finally get the crown. Their equipment is state of the art and should I ever need another dental implant (here's to healthy teeth!) I would not hesitate to come back here.

As a business owner myself, I would never charge someone simply for asking questions about my products or services. I paid it anyway, thinking maybe the service would justify it. Instead, I sat in a packed waiting room for over an hour with zero communication, no X-rays, no update, nothing. Every seat was full, and people ahead of me looked just as frustrated. I was literally falling asleep waiting. Charging upfront and then leaving patients sitting indefinitely is not how you run a professional practice. I ended up canceling the appointment and requesting a refund, which the front desk processed. I left and won't be returning.

Ensure that if you make the bad decision to come here that you contact your provider to ensure that the bill they send you is accurate. They will bill you without sending a claim because they are contracted carriers and you receive a discount but lie to you so you pay the full cost. Do not pay or get service here without first checking whether they submitted a claim and if that amount is accurate. Terrible place and I should have never came here. Run! Look for another location.

I came across this place online, and they had us come in ASAP, within 30 minutes of my call! 100 stars!! : ) From the woman on the phone, to the business owner, hygienist, receptionist, and DDS herself (Dr. Elmira Abraamyan DDS), the entire staff were AMAZING. They let me stay beside, addressed my annoying nurse questions, and made space to let me hold my love's hand. They created a very relaxing (crazy right?!) and comfortable vibe, and experience in general. They were all knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They even worked with us on pricing, which was exceedingly reasonable, especially considering that the staff came in (on call), on their day off, so quickly to address his urgent issue. We can't say enough positive affirmations about this spectacular group of professionals! If you ever have the misfortune of experiencing a painful dental emergency look no further. Kinda funny how this happened on Friday the 13th! I mean it! To shop around would be a ludicrous waste of your time. The assistants followed all osha standards in regard to personal protective wear while assisting patients. Yet doctor was wearing flip flops, a skirt and shirt. No gown. She has long frizzy hair that dangled over everything. Really gross when someone's hair is in your face. Wore no eye protective glasses or mask. I guess only time will show their quality of service.

Over the last 6 years she and her staff have really become like extended family for us. I adore her staff! They have really taken the time to get to know us and everytime I go in they ask about my boys and how school is going. They are all so personable and they remember things I've told them months prior. That's impressive since I can't even remember what I ate for dinner 2 days ago. Dr Ds new office location off Sunrise is beautiful. They did a move I want to say a year ago. Moved one office up and remodeled the entire place. Seriously gorgeous. They put in a crystal light fixture in the waiting room area that my youngest son loves to try and touch. Bright sparkled and shiny how could he not. The waiting area has plenty of seating, a computer for adults or kids to play on, a TV, magazines, water, coffee, and tons of pretty shiny things to look at. The wait is never all that long and we are always greeted with happy welcoming smiles from her front desk staff. Each of the little dental rooms has a fairly large monitor in front of the comfy dental chair where you can review x-rays wt the Dr and see your records. X-rays are performed in the comfort of your chair so there is no getting up to switch rooms unless you need a panoramic. Their restroom is always clean and well stocked and the overall office is very clean. Honestly the place doesn't at all feel like a dental office but rather a high end day spa. Dental appointments haven't always been my fav but I can say I've never had a bad experience wt Dr D or her staff. Dr D is very honest upfront and to the point. She doesn't sugar coat things and I appreciate that. I could go on & on about her & her wonderful staff. They are an amazing, caring , and wonderful team. I feel very blessed to have found them.
