Thank you SO much Izamar, you're the best!!! Every staff member I have dealt with at John Taormina's State Farm office has been great to talk to and deal with! One of the things I need in particular these days is the reminders I get from their office regarding payments - I have multiple policies with their office (home, earthquake, personal liability, and life). I am very busy and truthfully, most times tend to forget to make my payment(s) before my policy(ies) will expire. Enter Izamar Morales. She is SO great and on top of it when it comes to my payment(s). She will send me text messages and emails reminding me that my policy(ies) is/are about to expire. Her messages are never harassing, but always friendly and professional. Sometimes she has to send me two or 3 texts/emails over a period of time before I actually make a given payment. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Izamar going above and beyond the call of duty and doing that for me. I'd be cancelled every other month were it not for her. Lol. Seriously speaking, she is always congenial, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. Don't think I could find a better State Farm Agent if I had to. John Taormina and his crew handled my claim right away, we talked over the phone, I explained about the huge dent in my car, and it was handled within a day. Efficiency seems to be a priority there, the claim went through and was recommended a repair shop, told of a rental car where State Farm handles 80% for the rental. Just like clockwork, Hertz rental picked me up from the collision repair shop, set me up with a car, and within a week everything was done, had a great repair job done at the shop John recommended and it didn't cost me a dime beside the rental car which was just a few dollars. Joe who is our agent is very understanding and won't make you feel uncomfortable or forced. Very prompt to get you answers I had a off road vehicle that was a week old and it ended up getting in a wreck and joe did everything he was able to do to get me a direct policy number since I haven't even gotten insurance cards in the mail, joe walked with me through the whole process until my sand car got repaired all from helping submit photos to dealing with under writing hands down this is the office you want to be at not one complaint at all. Where do I start, John has been my insurance agent since the mid 1980's. He has always been very helpful whenever I've had a question or needed help filing an insurance claim. The staff is always pleasant to talk to and very professional while remaining personable and warm.
