However, I took my car in to have a flat repaired and when I left, my skid plate was dragging. I knew it was cracked, but hadn't been dragging until after I left there. I had seen them pushing up on it, but I trusted them and had figured they were just trying to fix it or something. Fast forward a few months, I have another flat tire with a fast leak. I took it to Walmart for a patch, Walmart told me that the nail was in the sidewall and by policy they can't put it back on- that's fine, so I asked to have my spare put on. I got my spare out for them and they said "m'aam, more bad news. Whoever touched your spare last, cut it off and they owe you a new spare." SIGS TIRE was the last place to touch my spare. Walmart ended up having to put the flat tire back on, and I had to head to Mavis in Hickory because they were the only place that had my tire in stock. They were so kind and courteous, even though they were about to close, they still assisted me quickly. I cannot BELIEVE Sig's cut my tire off without even asking me, and broke my skid plate completely! I will NEVER trust them again, and I will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB!

We both had it in our calendars for 2. When we got there the lady at the front was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. She told us were we SOL and our apt was at 1 not 2. Which is not what we were told on the phone. When confusion happens in a business interaction (which it does) it's the businesses responsibility to make it right. Not only did they burn the bridge with our business, but we both left extremely frustrated that an appointment only business didn't honor the appointment we were given. Seriously one of the most rude customer service experiences I've ever had if I could give this place 0 stars I would.
