I have never experienced a doc having someone take minutes in another room while he's on a headset! He was very quick and gave me guidance on what he thinks is going on with the issues I have had. He gets a call a week before asking him to bring his medical records. He has a whole stack and so he asked what exactly they need. They won't say so he says he'll walk in so they can look. Monday comes and he walks in and front desk girl said a nurse has to look at it and that he needs to wait 20 mins. 45 mins passed and no one called him back. So, he goes to the front desk, no one was there, and a sign says "lunch break". Not only is this an a-hole move but also extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. So, hubby tried calling and finally another girl comes over. So he has to retell everything he just told the other clueless employee. This is girl then tells him that they're not even going to see him because he should go back to his surgeon (out of state) despite the fact that they had already scheduled him and requested for his medical records. And he's not feeling well and needed to be seen asap. She proceeded to cancel his Wednesday appointment anyway and pretty much just told him good luck. This is how far this "health care" has fallen in this country. These ZERO concern for health or care.
