Now, with the competition of a new Tom Thumb, they put some effort into giving the Kroger and new interior design, clearned it up and retrained employees to be helpful. It is great! I do miss one person they apparently let go, Jaime in the meat shop. He was so knowledgeable and I relied on him for suggestions on best seafood and meats to buy. He was just great, but no longer there so I am stuck with your average employee with no vast knowledge who can weigh and package products. So I buy my seafood and other protein products elsewhere now. A huge $ loss for them. Kroger is much less expensive than Tom Thumb.

We, along with several other customers, had to wait in line for over 10 minutes before the staff even noticed us.
