As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. They took care of my baby and I would take him there again in the future.

Shawn answered and immediately assured us that his staff would standby to take in our pup. As stressed out pet parents after a 7 hour drive, the whole thing was a bit hectic trying to find a safe and reliable boarder on such short notice, but that staff was calming and friendly. Intake was smooth and gave us a lot of relief. After a couple days, we called and asked for an update. To our surprise, they sent a full report card with pictures and videos to reassure us that he was having a great time at daycare. I appreciated the detail and attention they gave our little guy. When we picked him up it was clear that he was very well cared for. Thanks to Anya, Auntie Em, the chill guy who checked us in, and the awesome kennel tech to checked us out. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff on the phone were very friendly and clear about their practice and made me feel comfortable right away. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and our pup, Tucker, immediately seemed at home and relaxed, which of course put me at ease as well, especially since as a rescue he has some separation anxiety. They were great at sending us some updates, including some videos, along the way where I could see that Tucker was enjoying himself along with a couple of other small dogs his size. When we picked him up, he was relaxed and not the least bit anxious but at the same time happy to see us. Overall, a very good experience and we would not hesitate to leave him there again, perhaps even overnight if needed. Highly recommend the Camp Verde location (that's the only one we've visited so far)!

Bad luck on a Saturday, the busiest day for veterinarians, and we were out-of-towners to boot! After making a few calls, Verde Vet Hospital was kind enough to squeeze us in. The closer we got to appointment time, the better our dog appeared to be, but we went anyway just as a double-check and courtesy to the hospital. Dr. Gummo-Wagner could not have been kinder, and immediately focused on putting my nervous dog at ease. She carefully checked his foot and joints, and surmised it was most likely a fire-ant bite. We were a bit chagrined, but the good doctor and the staff told us they were glad we had him checked. If I lived here, would definitely take my dog to this vet and this clinic. Great experience for an out-of-towner! Thank you to the staff and good doctor!

I was at the clinic 3 times in the last 3 days trying to obtain tx for my dog. Today the Front desk staff acted like they never seen me before. Dr Wagner implied that my dog had symptoms of a UTI because my dog was upset that I was gone for one night. Charged me over $250 for a urine test and antibiotics. She also implied that I somehow was responsible that my dog's urine was "diluted". Finally got was meds and wondering if I'll go back or if it's time to find another vet.
