The team has been very punctual both times and the guys who came (Artie & Albi) are beyond professional. The cost of the service is definitely worth the value that they bring. I also have been using the cleaning products that G's retails and have found nothing that works better. Clean and efficient products that maintain my apartment/furniture in-between cleanings. I will continue to book G's for my cleaning services :)

All their people were knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of the space (tough to manage with a very small bathroom!). Even when there was a (genuinely honest) misunderstanding about the invoice it was handled promptly and equitably. Could not recommend them more highly.

They state they give a 2 hour arrival window to account for traffic and previous appointments ending late, however, I booked the earliest time to avoid this. The technician only had time to do my couch before I had to leave to go to work and they let me know they would refund me for running out of time to do the rug. I reached out to them three times about this refund and each time they said it was refunded and it was not. We are now 4 months later and still no refund. Won't be using the service again as they insist you pay before they even to do the job.

He left piles of crumbs and wrappers behind instead of cleaning up after himself, and moved furniture without putting anything back. To make matters worse, he asked for a tip and a 5-star review before leaving, which made me very uncomfortable, especially as a woman alone in the home. Their quote stated how they bring all their own equipment but they showed up to clean a 1,300 square foot apartment with a little hand vacuum, did not mop any floor, did not clean the toilets or showers, and did not clean inside the refrigerator (which I spent extra for). Pictures attached. They were at my apartment for over five hours and were very unorganized, running out of time. My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. However, they eventually responded to all my calls and emails and refunded me the $600. Be careful.
