My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. She spoke extremely highly of the company - they were efficient, handled her items with great care, and got all the dust out of her apartment! They are insured, which is required by some buildings. But, of course, no matter how careful the contractors were, everything in the kitchen got absolutely COVERED in plaster dust. New York's Little Elves came and rescued me! The two cleaners who came were careful, thorough and very nice. They cleaned everything both inside and outside of the cabinets, as well as all the appliances, inside and out and made it possible for me to get back in my apartment with a lot less stress - and personal elbow grease! One more point. As part of the reno I put in a gorgeous new floor and I was very worried about damage to it.
