My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. Even leading up to that first cleaning, the scheduler was responsive and communicative at every step of the way. The cleaner even added nice hotel-like touches, such as a little paper towel "bow" on the roll of paper towels in my kitchen, and same with the bathroom towels. I even had very dirty, hard-to-clean window sills, typical of NYC, and she was able to get it looking freshly painted. I plan to continue using their services regularly.
