He sent a technician named Roy (who no showed 2 times before showing up) from another company called DW appliance, who tried to secure it nailing in brackets but cracked my molding on both sides, left without securing it or even notifying me the job wasn't done. He told me it was secured. Quans retuned today weeks later, after promising me on the phone he would glue and paint the molding. He returned and put brackets on to secure it but did not repair the molding as promised, then stated there's nothing that can be done. Not responsive when asking for a refund. Completely cracked on both sides and looks terrible. Will be contacting yelp and the BBB

He asked for a few details and quickly sent me a quote for the service call, along with a photo showing the cost of the part that would be needed. Without sharing exact prices, I can say he was very reasonable, and his labor cost was far less than the price of the part itself. CJ worked on the washer for a couple of hours and did not charge any extra for evening or weekend service. He was extremely polite, professional, and hospitable. Most importantly, he was very knowledgeable, and my washer is now working perfectly. He mentioned that he specializes in refrigerators, washers, and stoves, and he will absolutely be my go-to appliance repair person going forward. I highly recommend him. We feared that we would need to replace a $2500 appliance. I stopped by Moore Appliance to see if this is something they could take a look at. They set me up with an appointment for the next day "between 12 and 5." The technician called at 12:00 to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He immediately determined the previous occupants used oven cleaner, which clogged the burner and the gas intake. He explained you should not use oven cleaner on a gas over for this reason. He cleaned it out, tested the oven several times, and answered all of our questions. Super helpful, very professional, and much cheaper and easier than replacing the oven.
