This guy is friendly as anyone, smiles, waves and the whole deal all because of a small coffee (there's even a Dunkin Donuts right next door...with a drive through!) The guy in the shop is cool too. Went to get my oil changed with four kids (booooooo!). I figured I would drop the car, hit Dunkin and pick the car up once the kids had their sugar fix. I didn't even get the stuff before my car was done, we may have taken a bit to order but still!!

So I went to go look to see if my car was ready and there was a frustrated gentleman there who said that management didn't unlock the doors until 11 AM and he could get the car in to be rushed for an alignment. At this point I'm sensing that this business isn't running like it should so I took my car out and brought it to the Toyota dealer for repairs. They answer their phone.
