As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. So I already was very pleased and then I met Dalia, who was a complete angel to work with. I gained a few Pounds during Covid like a lot of us, and I was so upset and nervous because my dress did not fit, my next appointment 1 week later Dalia took out my dress and I felt like a beautiful bride, I also brought a veil in with me from else where, which I had a few concerns about Dalia altered it and made it the veil of my dreams.
