New pool installation: 16x32…read more This review is my experience with the contractor Bey Pools who completed a new pool at our property. The project started March-7 completed by June-12. This project started off on a good note with weekly communication on each step during process. The minute I had conversation with the contractor about our concerns is when communication started to break down. This is when you think back that a paying customer should be heard and is usually correct especially when you're spending north of 60k just for the pool.. not pavers or electrical, however this wasn't the case. There was tension throughout the remaining pool install all the way up to the cleaning process. I'm very big on if you tell a person you're going to do something then you do it even if you don't want to, you accepted the job. We already have issues with plaster chipping on the pool floor, which I was told it would be good for 10years or more- Hmmmm!!!! All payments were made on time and even before some of the steps were completed. The pool was suppose to be cleaned for 30days since the contractor chose not to acid wash the plaster when his crew completed it. We now have spots at the bottom of our brand new pool which we will have to have someone else come to fix because I don't trust the warranty since it wasn't done correctly in the first place.
