Like the location, plaza with lots of parking, good signage making easy to find. Quick service. Purchased half dozen-Bought the flavor of the month UBE bagel and it was wonderful the Asiago cheese bagels were great lots of cheese on top more than other places I've been too. Owner was happy to help and answer questions. Good stuff.

It was pretty busy when I arrived and service was quick! I ordered the Ube bagel with Ube schmear and a salt bagel with cheddar bacon chive schmear. The fella who took my order communicated the salt bagel would be heavy on the salt and I appreciated it. They are pleasantly heavy handed with the schmear. The Ube bagel was slightly sweet with the taste of breakfast cereal milk which is a favorite. Ube schmear was whipped and absolutely delicious. Enjoyed both bagels and will be back to try the yolk colored egg bagel too.

The Rollin Jersey bagel and Classic Sandwich

I order a turkey bacon and cheese sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, the Rollin Jersey, and a cinnamon roll. Both the sandwiches were really good and the cinnamon roll was ok, I've had better. The jalapeno cream cheese was good as well. Next time I would try one of the muffins which looked good. Would come back again.

I loved my breakfast bagel Classic Bagel Sandwich and Strawberry Dragonfruit Juice. I think this maybe small local or family owned little spot. It looked like they had their system of ordering and getting their orders, made to order out hot and fresh in a timely manner. There were a few patrons in line who appeared to have ordered online and were picking up. Makes me feel that this is a popular little place in this area. It was hot, yummy and I'll definitely know where to come back when I want bagels again. Staff were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Worst bagel I've had in Jax. I asked for a sesame seed bagel to be toasted & buttered. I got a thin, hardly cooked and barely toasted tasteless bagel. And for you decaf coffee drinkers forget it they don't have any. Where is my bagel in Jax?

My wife and I had high hopes going into this place. We love bagels and love breakfast sandwiches so it was a win win. I understand they could have been low staffed or had new workers learning but it took just over 30 minutes for us to get our sandwiches. Granted it was very busy when we were there but it seemed as if there were lots of mistakes happening with the orders in front of us. The inside of this place and the bathrooms weren't very clean in my opinion. We finally got our food and sat down to eat. Now I love cream cheese but I had enough cream cheese on my sandwich for 5 other sandwiches. It was very messy and hard to eat. The only reason it's a two star is because of how good the bagels were. The bagels were very delicious and the best part of this whole experience. Not sure if I would go back here but if I did I would order completely different.

Best bagels in Jacksonville. My wife and I love going to the beach location and sitting outside having delicious breakfast sandwiches. Prices are very fair with sandwiches $7-$8 and bagels $17ish for 13. I have brought in bagels to work on several occasions with cream cheese and my team unanimously agree that these are the best bagels in Jacksonville.

Called in a to-go order because the line can get very long. It was ready quickly, about 10 minutes. Ordered BEC on asiago, egg&cheese on cheddar, and egg&cheese on multi-grain. I really enjoy their bagels- they have a decent variety of options but wish they had a jalapeño cheddar flavor. They occasionally run out of Asiago and cheddar if you don't order by 8:00-8:30ish. This is our go-to bagel spot in our area. They have amazing veggie cream cheese and put a TON on the bagels (I end up wiping half of it off). The staff is generally friendly. We order to-go all the time but there are 10-15 tables if you prefer to sit down and enjoy!

First time trying Bagels R US and it was great! The staff was super kind and helpful as we navigated the extensive menu. While I initially went in with a craving for a bagel I was distracted by a sign that said they had french toast (and I couldn't resist the urge) especially after the young lady at the register confirmed that it was good - and she was right! I honestly wasn't expecting a place that specializes in bagels to serve up a really good french toast but I was proven wrong. It was soooo good and the portions were huge! The french toast also came with your choice of a side of hash browns or home fries. I chose the home fries and added cheese on top (although I wouldn't do that again since the cheese on top was placed sparingly and didn't melt all the way. I think they used sliced cheese instead of shredded and I think they should definitely use shredded moving forward) but the potatoes were seasoned so that helped save it. My friend got the steak and egg bagel and I tried the creme cheese she picked and I can't remember the exact flavor but it was a garlic base and was super good! Everything was great and I will definitely be back - but earlier this time as they were sold out of some of my go-to bagels.

Happy I got to try this place while I was in the area. When I arrived around 8 most of the bagels were gone but they still had a few left, my suggestions would be to get there early so you get more of a variety. It seems one they are sold out that's it. This place has it all and definitely crazy combination. Which I love. My bagel was about 12 bucks I ordered the bacon tomato provolone cheese melt. In a cinnamon bagel. It was very tasty and fulfilling. I will definitely be back but earlier next time! When you enter there is space to have a breakfast inside however I was on the go.

I've been coming here since college but hadn't been in quite awhile. Excited to report that nothing has changed in the best way! Their bagels are delicious, selection is awesome and service was very quick on a busy Sunday. Ran into a few people I knew so always fun catching up with local friends too. Definitely recommend for a good bagel in Jax!

Authentic fresh bagels a few miles from a Florida beach? Yup, this Jacksonville bagel spot has the real deal. I ate one on site & bought a few to bring home. Another plus of this tasty bagel spot, they open early. Need a pre-dawn breakfast? They have your back!

I had high hopes because I've always loved this place, and typically order pickup. This experience was the worst. Did our typically pickup order $65. Good size order, repeat customer for years, but the quality just is not the same and neither is the service. My husband picked up the order - we ordered pickup because we in a time crunch and it's convenient- but not when you have to go back twice. They sent him away with part of the order, just bagels- none of the eggs or bacon or omelettes. Came home and we are ready to go to an event. Call because we are missing food that we paid for, and they said we can come pick it up... 30 more minutes going back and forth puts us behind. I said I would expect something in return for this mistake and they offered a fountain drink- mind you we didn't order any drinks - just food- no I don't want your fountain drink even if it's free... just an annoying response - turns out our bagels are over cooked, there is barely any cream cheese on them. Just not the same experience or quality I once knew and no sense of ownership in quality or experience that I'm used to. It is unfortunate because I used to love this place

I typically get the iced coffee, but it's standard coffee. Nothing super stand out.

Anyone know if they Boil the bagels?

I think they do, but not sure, but I can tell you they are the best bagels in this area, and actually the best I've ever had. I think they are better than H&H bagels and any I've had in NYC! Seriously, I don't even eat them while in NYC anymore,…

The pastries are displayed similar to a traditional cafe, the staff are informative and kind, and the service is very quick. I ordered the Le Montmartre, madeleine, chocolate croissant, and hot mocha latte. I give all of these a 4 out of 5. There was a lot of chicken on the Le Montmartre; however, I wish there were more zucchini or added freshness (besides the simple salad). I noticed that all the sandwiches were generous on the protein, which I loved. The madeleine and chocolate croissant were delicious. I want to try the pistachio croissant next! The hot mocha latte was legit - it had a rich mocha flavor, just enough milk and froth, and I love how you can order it in a mug. There's plenty of seating and the decorations/furniture are so cute and aesthetic. The ambiance is a 4.5 out of 5. We ordered a 12" Italian on white bread, grilled without tomato and split it. The bread was fresh and soft. I really liked the grilled Italian meats, Italian dressing, mayo combo. Actually, I think the one time I went when I was already in the area, they told me the coupon I had had to be used at dinner time. So, I ended up leaving. I finally tried this place over a year after it opened and I didn't find it to be anything too special. I like the fact that they had a number of chicken subs and I was torn between the chicken teriyaki and the steak bomb. I ended up deciding I wanted to try sort of a Philly cheesesteak and so I got the steak bomb without mayo. We also got a half tuna sub and a kids turkey sub combo. I was very disappointed by the cheesesteak. I'm not exactly sure what "bomb" means, but I was expecting it to sort of be bursting with flavor. It really had no flavor, despite visibly having onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese. There was oddly a strip of bacon sitting on top (not chopped into the meat) , which was really the only component that added any seasoning as it was a little salty. I ended up having to put both ketchup and barbecue sauce on it at home to give it some seasoning. The tuna sub fared better, although it was a bit liquidy so the bread was soggy. The kids turkey sub combo was just that, turkey and white bread. The portion was very good though for a kids meal as it appeared to be an entire 6-inch sub and a small order of fries with a drink. that was definitely a good deal. If you haven't been, note that they only offer white bread, no bread, or sandwich toppings put on a salad All in all, this probably wouldn't be a place I would return to unless I wanted to try the chicken teriyaki sub. But I will say that the worker who packaged my order was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I was a little concerned about the fate of this place as nobody was in there eating, but hopefully they are doing well.
