incompetent staff, drivers, and potential management. allegedly tried to call me and ask for a gate code prior to delivery, but never left a voicemail and drove to the complex, STILL didn't attempt to call the office through the gate (which says to call the office for entry as well), or call me again and then proceeded to STILL not call and let me know the driver drove back to the store with my food as i'm trying to figure out where the order was after it saying the delivery driver was sitting outside of my complex for 10 minutes and i had to call the store myself. attempted to blame me for his drivers incompetence when i asked why a voicemail wasn't left, and they didn't call me to tell me the driver went back to the store. as i now sit on the phone because the worker is deliberately continuously putting my phone call on hold to speak to someone who can actually get something done. do better read more

Dominos has really improved over the last decade. Their pizza and desserts are pretty good. Just got their NY style pizza and it was good for their price. The online ordering system is great, making the process very easy and quick. The only thing I think they need to improve on is their customer service. I ordered through the website and one of the employees delivered it, so it wasn't through DoorDash. I tipped the driver too so there was no reason to be this careless. Okay, so four stars for a chain pizza? Yep! Granted the pizza obviously is not authentic, no shocker there! But, it is a perfect choice for when I have had a rough day, #momlife. This location is not the closest to me, but for some reason it is my delivery spot and I could not be more pleased. They always get my order correct, my pizza is always hot and fresh, and delivered in a timely fashion. We typically opt for the 2 for $5.99 deal and it is perfect for our family. The kiddos get what they want, I get what I want, and everybody is happy! My usual order consist of a half pepperoni half mushroom pan with garlic dipping sauce for the kiddos and a thin and crispy with chicken, bacon, and pineapple plus the mango habanero sauce for me and the hubs. EVERY TIME our pizzas come to us perfectly. We have also indulged in the Philly cheesesteak pizza and it is pretty good. Don't bother with this Dominos. Last week I was on hold for 15 mins waiting to place a pickup order. After they answered they put on hold for 15 mins and never came back to take my order. Tonight when I called they never answered the phone but still hung up on me. After that I tried calling 3 times, never answered the phone at all. On hold by phone system again each time over 5 mins each. They are forcing customers to place online orders but that's hard to do driving down I95 in rush hour traffic. Good place overall. The problem is that their system for pickup is inefficient. If you order in advance and use the "I'm here" button, you have to pick your pizza up at the drive-through window. But people can also order at the window and then wait for their food. Or go to the window to pick up an order that's not ready while mine sits there getting cold. They need to do the contactless delivery shown in the TV ads. Or at least tell people whose food is not ready to move out of the window and go around again. read more

We just moved our business to a new location and needed lunch so we decided to order from the closest pizza place. The online ordering was super easy. There was a coupon for awesome package that had 2 medium pizzas, a 2 liter and dessert for $20. It got here in less than 30 min and was supergood. they also have a tracker on their website where you can see where they are supposed to be.I would definitely recommend the thin crust with garlic white sauce and extra cheese. It was heavenly after moving all weekend. The driver was friendly and we look forward to being a regular customer at Yourself Expression. I am changing my previous review because I had a horrible experience with them. I ordered pizza at around 1140 on a weekday. We are only a couple hundred feet from them, it is just over a parking lot to get to their location. So I expected delivery to be pretty fast. Instead it took over an hour and they just didn't care. Samuel the assistant manager is the most unprofessional employee I've ever encountered at any establishment. I ordered a pizza online, he cancelled my order (I'm assuming because it was the last hour of them being open, and they like checking out early). But of course he didn't give me the courtesy to contact me to let me know that my order was cancelled, so my friends and stayed up waiting for a couple of hours waiting for our pizza to arrive. Around 3:30am we figured it wasn't coming and went to sleep starving. The next day I call to tell what happened and get refunded, the nice young lady on the phone tells me a manager will be in at 5 and will call me back. 5:00 comes I wait for about 6 hours no call, so shortly before midnight I take the initiative to call since Samuel was obviously to busy to return my call. I call, an employee connects me with him. And he proceeds to rudely inform me that he canceled my order after 7 minutes and that he did my refund hours ago and it will take a few 5-7 business days... soo you did the refund hours ago but you didn't think it was important enough to call and at least offer an apology and let me know the order was cancelled and a refund was issued. He then rudely proceed to insult me before ending the call. You are not hospitable at all Samuel. I hope you soften your aggressive demeanor or find new work. read more

The food quality at most Dominos is pretty much the same, very good, so I'm going to write about the employees and the service. The workers were attentive and fast. Their uniforms were neat and clean. Many Dominos locations don't allow you to pick up your order after ten PM, but this one does. Also, they have a drive up window so you don't even have to get out of your car. This is my favorite Dominos! read more
