Mr. Humberto and his family are some of the hardest working people you will ever meet. They show up early and don't stop working till the job is done. I called them because, some tasks are not do it yourself stuff. I have an acre full of trees and some are more than 50 feet tall minimum. Over the past two years he has removed over 16 very large trees from my property, including completely grinding the stumps, trimming large tree branches, cutting down dead tree trunks and even cleared some evasive thorn bushes that were destroying my lawn. After they finished, they removed all the waste from my property, filled in the holes with dirt and did a fantastic clean up job. Amazingly every time they finished, all in one day. Before I called H&G, I shopped around for quotes and found out that Mr. Humberto had best the prices and was fully insured. I highly recommend them. Rather than fully clean up the dead leaves in our garden beds, they focused more on cutting our lawn and blowing the leaves off our driveway, which to me doesn't entail a spring clean up. When I mentioned that there were still leaves in our garden beds, the owner took a look and said "we could probably have spent a little more time on them." End of conversation.... We then decided to give their chemical treatment plan a shot ($400), which turned out to be a disaster. Our conversation to begin scheduling the 4 round treatment began in April. Come June and still nothing had been done. In fairness we kept getting rain, which they were waiting to end. Finally one day I drove home just as their truck pulled up. Two guys came, stuck in treatment signs, and then left. When I texted the owner confused whether they would actually be doing work, the owner texted me back saying they would come back when the weather got cooler. A week later, I texted the owner again to see when the treatment plan would begin, and he insisted that his guys had put down the first round of treatment. Unless my own eyes deceived me, there was no way that this happened. At this point I told him we wanted to sever ties. He berated me over the phone and then hung up. Needless to say, I do not recommend.
