He answered so many of our questions and helped us with everything we needed. He even came out to the house and checked our water, cleaned the tank (we bought a friend's established tank), he went over all the equipment and got us up and running. No high pressure sales at all. He is laid back and very easy to deal with. We will be giving him our business over the big chains stores.
