The beef brisket and pulled chicken were both solid, but the standouts were the ribs and the pulled pork.  The meat on ribs was tender and juicy and slipped right off the bone!  The pulled pork was moist and the texture was soft.  The already delicious meats were enhanced by their original and hot bbq sauces!
