I'm not even sure how I came across Rockdale Auto Body in the frenzy of everything, but I suppose they found me. First, I slid off of the road due to a ridiculous amount of slush on the road and inclement weather. My car rolled into some trees in a ditch! Fast forward- Basically my insurance gave me the run-around and some how (Thank God) I was contacted by a gentleman from Rockdale informing me that they were sending someone to tow my car away as soon as possible. There were a lot of roadblocks initially thanks to the state trooper making things difficult, but Rockdale and their associates continued to work with me throughout at no cost to me! They brought my car into their shop and had a rental waiting for me upon arrival. I was not pleased with the first rental, but after I simply stated that, boom, they supplied another rental for me next day. I went on about my regular weekly activities (i.e. going to work and so on) with the rental. I received my car about 2 weeks after the initial incident, mainly because they had to wait for the claims adjuster from my insurance. My car looks good as new and is running smoothly. Needless to say, I am pleased. I would recommend them ten times over and I don't make light of this review. The experience was very stressful in the beginning and the customer service and reassurance from Rockdale's owners really helped relieve my anxiety. Excellent service.

Lochearn Auto Body replaced the bumper, reserve and fog light and fixed the fender in less than a week on a week with a three day weekend. They had no policy in writing stated you can't remove parts from the vehicle and the police did not require them to produce any policy. They are making up rules as they go to get money!!!!
