I have boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more that are now trash. Mold on so many things. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I was upset at the beginning because this is not what one wants to walk into. My plan was to unpack boxes, not pack up what I can salvage. My move was 1/2/22 and no one ever contacted me back or showed up. I thought this was very strange after reading all of the great reviews on Google. Very disappointed in the outcome as I was excited to be working with a small business.
