I don't know where you get a service call at your home no matter what they do, (even walk out after they look at it and say it can't be fixed and you have to replace it) and don't charge at least $100 for the call. It doesn't matter if they live close by or far away, you are paying them for their expertise of being able to figure it out quickly, having the parts they may already have on the truck that took them time to order and pick up and for driving to your house, fixing the problem and driving back to their shop. If it was such and easy fix, why didn't you fix it yourself? Its a very unfair review, Appliance Plus is fantastic.

Imagine my surprise when the screws intended to secure the washer dropped out. The washer was not attached to the cabinet frame, it was simply setting inside the counter cabinet. When I contacted the owner of LAMBCO, Mr. Lambert, and detailed my complaint and request for a proper installation, I was told they would do nothing as the date of the installation service exceeded their one-month warranty. Such a warranty was never included in the invoice and what reputable company has such a limited period to correct for such shoddy service? I'll buy my appliances elsewhere. The OBD2 tools I was looking for were all out of stock, with only one rack space, though their catalog lists three handheld types. Two weeks before the next shipment. And the labels on some sale items were not clear that as an "outsider" I couldn't buy at the listed price. Kind of like a partial warehouse club. Overall, though, it's still a great place to shop, and the clerks were helpful. One even let me use the smartphone coupon belonging to the customer in line before me!

I did this with the help of conversations with the folks at the Weather Store; very helpful service (I left a message, and the owner promptly called me back). The barometer arrived in good shape, solidly packaged. And it is almost a work of art. I elected the brushed nickel finish and navy blue face. It's a very solid feeling instrument; nothing about it feels cheap. I followed the easy setting instructions, and set the current pressure to the local Accuweather barometer reading. It has tracked the local readings very closely, so I don't bother comparing the readings anymore; I trust the reading on the barometer. I mounted it on a wall, with the screws provided, although I did provide small drywall anchors. Overall, very happy with the service from The Weather Store and the quality of this product!
