They built our fence totally wrong and didn't pull a city permit which we paid for and said they did. Broke major irrigation line and others and didn't repair. Didn't grade fence right by adding the correct amount of kick boards and pickets are touching the ground. Left property damaged and ignored request to correct. read more

His bid was far superior to others I received in many ways including clearly defining the details of the project in advance so there would be no confusion. The price was right too. His crew showed up on time, did precise work quickly, and even left the yard cleaner than it was before they came. Fence was built in 2011 and was already having structural problems in 2017. Two emails later, after they tried to tell me that my own fence was actually built in 2006 (I'm the owner I know when my fence was built), they have stopped responding to my emails about the issue. He doesn't even deserve one star! Bill Johnson completely wasted my time. He came to my home to view the backyard and discuss options. He stayed here for 2 hours, mostly talking about his experience and why he's better than everyone else. At first, I found him funny, but he quickly became annoying and unprofessional because of his excessive cursing. He couldn't take a hint! I had to literally shut the door in his face so I could pick up my daughter from preschool on time. After all of that, this man never even sent me the quote! I was so desperate to get my backyard up to par, I went against by better judgement and called him back. I left several messages and even sent text messages. On my last attempt, he did text me back saying "Can't talk right now." Don't even waste your energy or time on this clown. read more

We are very pleased with our new fence, it is beautiful & the quality of work definitely shows. We have received many compliments from neighbors as well. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was due to the fact that after the fence was completed & after the final inspection from the owner I walked around my yard & picked up several cigarette butts, pieces of trash, screws & bottle caps all over my yard that the crew just tossed on the ground. My wife and I purchased a home in Frisco a few months ago and within a week, the electric door part of the gate had broken. We looked on Yelp to find someone to help - That other company came out, charged a visit fee, told me it would be $500 to fix the problem, and they weren't even sure it would fix it. We passed on them. A few months later, I found Bill Johnson's card in our home (left by the previous owners) and gave him a call. He was out to the house that day, didn't charge anything, figured out what the issue was, and called me back to tell me exactly what was going on. It has leaked from the beginning, he has sent out his guys numerous times, he finally came himself to try & fix on 2 occasions, leaks worse now. Committed to refund us August 2019, no refund or communication from Bill after months of us asking for refund! Now we have to get an attorney for resolution! I scheduled for an estimate, the owner showed up 2 hours late, multiple contacts where I reached out to the owner, when will you be here? The owner then showed up, and tried to up sale me. He talked for over an hour and left finally, never sent me estimate. I followed up multiple times, text and calling, talking to the owner personally. He said he was really busy, would need to call me back. Never did. This wasn't once, but several times. I followed up directly with the owner and never heard back. No way I would use his services! Bill Johnson installed an 8' board on board capped fence with a driveway gate three years ago and the fence still looks new today! From start to finish it took them three days to install and with having a dog that needs the back yard...this was appreciated! I will be re-staining in the spring to keep it fresh and protected. I have had Bill Johnson build our Patio and the back fence a few years ago He did an amazing job which I was extremely happy with. The finished product showcases the quality of the workmanship his team has. This year we had the side fence replaced and we immediately contacted Bill to come and replace the fence. Did not shop around for anyone else. He is not the cheapest or the most expensive but he does an excellent job.
