Absolutely amazing experience with Juan and his team. My wife and I searched, met with and got bids from 5 different pool builders prior to selecting Holy Waters... and wow we are so happy, the level of detail, expertise that went into the project were unbelievable. He worked with me tirelessly to get it exactly as we wanted along with navigating the permit process etc. I truly can not recommend them enough. He is a class act in a world of weasel contractors out to squeeze every penny and get out fast. THANK YOU JUAN!!!

Super company. Juan and Cara built me a beautiful pool with an eye towards longevity and easy maintenance. Started with clear and detailed quote that informed the whole process. Very hands on - Juan was always on site and has great relationships with the people he works with. Resourceful problem solvers - Juan and Cara respond quickly when questions or issues arose. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Just an FYI they do not want to refinish your pool, they are only interested in installing brand new pools.

So very helpful and well informed! Small crew and very busy so plan ahead if you want them to construct a pool and spa for you.

1 Beware all the good reviews. Notice that they are mostly satisfied customers who have bought spas…read moreand had them installed OK. 2-there are a few reviews of their repair business, which is what I needed. I will never contact them again. I have never dealt with a business that charge me before they provided service. They even charged me for labor! Furthermore, they called one or two days before they were expected, and gave no reason for canceling and rescheduling more than a week later. I canceled the job and used a different provider.

They are poor business people who I do not trust. I was treated rudely by both. I could have had their tub almost immediately but I figured if they will treat me poorly on about a $6000 purchase (they were less than Jacuzzi), what will happen after they have my money & I have a problem? Jacuzzi of course is the name brand. I can trust them. I also trust Ed Moore. We were told that due Covid supply chain issues the wait about be 10-12 months. We waited a little longer. Everyone was polite & responsive. Robert, head of the delivery crew was helpful. We bought the J-315 which is a smaller unit. That is all of the space we had. The purchase was for relaxing sore muscles & not for parties. It was $9000+ when I ordered & $13,000+ today. The manual explains a lot but doesn't explain everything. That is where ED MOORE comes in. I visited him a few times & was a question box. Everything is functioning properly. The jets hit the areas I want them to hit. I know at motels I have found some hot tubs only focus on the lower & mid back & not the shoulders.

We recently bought a new Caldera spa from this company and had a fantastic experience throughout…read morethe entire process. The showroom may not be the newest or flashiest, but that ended up being a benefit -- they have a wide variety of models available to see in person and can source nearly any option you might want. What impressed us most was the level of knowledge and attention we received. Jim and his team clearly understand these products extremely well and focused on helping us choose the best spa for our family instead of simply pushing a sale. Their pricing was very reasonable, but the biggest value came from the service and support they provide. Before delivery, Jim personally visited our home twice to review the setup area and ensure everything was prepared properly. He was also involved during delivery and installation, and everything went according to plan. They spent time walking us through the spa features and explaining maintenance as well, which was especially useful since owning a hot tub involves more upkeep than I had remembered. Our spa was only recently installed, so I can't comment on long-term service yet, but based on everything we've experienced so far, I'm confident they'll continue taking great care of their customers. I'm really glad we chose not to take the Costco route (and that's coming from someone who shops there often). Buying a spa turned out to be a more involved decision than I initially expected, and having experienced professionals helping along the way made the process much easier.

This is a remarkable company that has been in business for decades, run by a father and son team…read more Father Jim does the sales and runs the showroom while son James does the field/service work. They have vast and detailed knowledge and experience in the field, and are amazingly ethical and honest with their information, happily explaining everything and answering any questions with complete candor. Absolutely no effort to upsell, in fact their emphasis is on saving the customer money while making sure they get the product that's right for them and passing along useful knowledge that would be known only to insiders. Anyone would be crazy to use any other source for spa purchase or service. I just had James replace the original pump and do other supplemental service and repair on a 15 year-old hot tub I bought from someone else long before I learned of this company. I was amazed--the whole experience turned out to be a real pleasure because of the quality of the work, his great attitude and easy-going nature, the speed of both scheduling and performing the work, and the very reasonable cost. He went out of his way to answer all of my many questions in detail, and with a smile. I simply can't recommend this rare company highly enough. It's the way all such companies should be run and so few are.

I hired Mark for a medium-sized remodeling project (about 6 weeks) . He provided a low estimate…read morecompared to other bids. He then said that his workers were all covered by Worker's Comp, among other benefits, and that he paid a fair wage, and that he was the most ethical contractor in the industry, resulting in his workers' being highly productive and efficient leading to shorter project times. This sealed the deal for me. Furthermore, he claimed that the extra 30% or so that he was billing for his workers, was due of the worker's comp insurance, which only he provided to his workers (as opposed to the many unscrupulous other contractors that were around). As a property owner, you could be held liable for workers' injuries if the contractor did not carry worker's comp, and so, I agreed to Mark's deal. Within a few days, Mark had exceeded the estimate he had quoted, and was very difficult to get hold of. Furthermore, his workers would come and go at all times of the day (between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm) and I simply lost track of how many "cooks" were in the kitchen. As of last count, I noticed some 15+ names on the invoices, and some would appear for a couple of hours, and then disappear. But Mark would send me invoices claiming that his workers spent the entire day at the property - which was simply untrue. Mark would not be interested in even listening to me or investigating my grievances. Instead, he would brag that he did me a big favor by accepting my project, and that he typically only did multi-million dollar gigs, and not pittances like mine. Long story short, the project budget exceeded the estimate by more than 100%. Mark became extremely aggressive and feisty, and it was impossible to work or reason with him. I hired a Private Investigator to find out who this person really was -- like a Dr. Jekyl Mr. Hyde. Turns out that he had been sued for fraud, but more importantly, the whole worker's comp, fairness, ethical contractor, and so on, charade, was ALL ONE BIG LIE. It also appears that Mark may have left the Better Business Bureau due to bad reviews and that he may have hired a reputation defending company to increase his Yelp reviews to 5 stars by questionable tactics. Good Guy Builders license has been suspended for Worker's Comp violations and is under investigation. After my PI reported this, I found on the CSLB site: "License is under suspension for failure to comply with Workers Comp. A workers´ compensation certificate or exemption statement may have been received by the Board but not yet processed. Once the certificate or exemption statement is processed the suspension will be lifted retroactively to the effective date of the certificate or exemption statement. Ask the contractor for proof of worker's compensation and contact the insurance company to verify coverage." Here is the URL: https://www.cslb.ca.gov/OnlineServices/CheckLicenseII/LicenseDetail.aspx?LicNum=1016932 Please see image below. This is one of the greatest betrayals where I was charged an arm and a leg, and told a romantic story of workers being taken good care of, and so on, all the while, when Mark was simply pocketing the money that was supposed to cover his workers' safety and well being. Such greed, deception, and dishonesty, in my opinion, does not deserve a second chance. You decide whether you want to hire this company and deal with Mark. --- Addendum to Mr. Santosh R's note: 1. I am a real person. I was threatened by Mark that I would be sued if I posted anything negative on Yelp. 2. Yes, I did edit my posts before finally settling on one. Anyone in my position would do the same. 3. Finally, the facts remain unchanged. Good Guy Builder's license is under suspension and this may be independently verified on the CSLB website (see link). Likewise, the lawsuits against them may be independently verified. People like Santosh and Mark are the real culprits who boost their yelp ratings in a manner that skews it in their favor - by attacking anyone who posts negative reviews, and threatening those in dispute with defamation lawsuits. Do not believe anything Santosh or Mark say. The suspension is more than ample evidence that Good Guy Builders is a crooked business and not one that you should be patronizing.
