I have been forced to file complaints with the FTC and BBB and have my lawyer file a lawsuit. I would highly recommend doing your shopping at Autozone instead. My grandson advised it was my alternator. I contacted Advance Auto 20 min before they closed asking if they had the part. The young man, Tony advised yes. I then asked PLEASE can you bring be the part and tools I have no way of getting to you. He said give me til 8pm and I will bring my tools. Paid for the part over the phone and waited. Tony shows up with an older gentleman who immediately dove right into the engine to remove the old part. I was in awe. I didn't expect these 2 people to do what they were doing. And the time it took them was amazing. I will be forever in their debt by their generosity and caring. They took a scary and stressful moment and turned it into a life saver for me and my family. They ended up replacing the whole harness and kept my vehicle for over a month. The carpets were left dirty, and even though my van was only two years old at the time, it looked like it was over 20 years old. When I asked why they ruined my car, they just said, "We replaced the harness, but we didn't charge you anything." The company may have paid them, but that doesn't matter -- what matters is they left my car in terrible condition. After that, the wireless headphones didn't work, the doors didn't work properly, and several cover pieces were missing. Stay away from this dealer. Never bring your car here.

They Literally couldn't figure out how to remove a wheel lock on my 2003 bug rear tire. I needed 2…read moretires replaced and they told me they couldn't remove it with the wheel lock key and they didn't have the correct tools. However I provided the dang wheel lock key. And one of the mechanics came out super frustrated and told me it was the wrong key. And I asked if they used both provided and they claimed they did. I went out to the parking lot and took it off my self. Then they said they could change the tire since that wheel lock was off. After waiting 2 hours mind you. Biggest waste of everyone's time.
