Very disappointed. Scheduled for my husband's birthday, and he canceled at the last minute due to a "family emergency," although he posted pictures that day on FB of detailing done nearby. Scheduled again for a month out; he re-scheduled again. Then, changed times twice on the day of the detail, finally saying he couldn't make it because he had problems with the mobile-detailer. Could we come to him? That was a flat no, and I won't be re-scheduling with this company a third time. read more

I took my larger size SUV to Jerrod for some Love recently and he came through with glowing results. I was able to drop my vehicle off to him early while in meetings for the day. When I was out of my meetings he personally delivered my car to the front door of the Office Building. Aweome job with a great personality, his pride shows in his work. Jerrod (apologies if that's wrong!) did an absolutely phenomenal job on our new-to-us 2019 Nissan Altima. My husband drives it an hour each way for work so we really wanted to get it detailed and protected since we didn't do that for the last car and it showed. Everything was clean, gleaming, shining, and the paint felt like silk (I love me some claybar!). Inside, it smelled so fresh and the seats felt like butter. This review is six months after the fact, but I nevertheless wanted to give Jerrod a great review for a last minute detailing job that he did. After being at Burning Man for 10 days in a rental, the vehicle was dust covered dust covered, inside, outside and in between. Jerrod worked on the vehicle for an afternoon (dropping us off and picking us up too at the place we were staying) and returned it to us in immaculate condition. Not a spec of dust to be found and the car rental company didn't so much as make a peep about the condition when we returned it. Jerrod washed my car for over a year and for that year, did a great job. Due to personal matters, Jerrod frequently had to cancel or postpone last minute for set appointments. I was always understanding and flexible to his needs because he was a good guy, I liked giving him the business and he did good work. Last week I had an appointment scheduled on Wednesday, I found out last minute that he forgot about an appointment and had to postpone so we rescheduled for Friday. He texted me Thursday night confirming that he'll see me the next morning. Friday came and went, no Jerrod. I've called, texted and messaged his business here on FB - 6 days later still no answer or explanation of his no show.
