WOW, WOW, WOW!! Vince and his crew are top notch!! I found an advertisement for some carpet cleaning services in a local Facebook business page. I sent them a message to get some pricing and asked for references. They sent me a link to this Yelp page (Johnson's Carpet Cleaning) and their website where I saw nothing but great reviews and quality work. So I booked them through the number they contacted me at to get a quote. When they arrived to my home there were tons of red flags I dismissed because I was so sure they would provide quality services as their Yelp, Google Page and website showed. Well I was wrong!! The before pictures you see in these images were what my carpets looked like after scammers who I thought were Johnson's Carpet cleaned my carpets. This guy rolled up to my house in a Prius with what I could only say was a rented carpet machine from the local Home Depot and attempted to act like he knew what he was doing and claimed to be from Johnson's Carpet Cleaning. I knew something was off, but he guaranteed his work and promised stains would lift after 12 hours of drying. He lied again. I was furious and called the number on the website to complain about my carpets only to find out it wasn't the real Johnson's carpet cleaning services who serviced my carpet, they were scammers using his business as their own. I spoke with Vince and I shared my horrible experience to find out I was scammed by someone who was using his business as a front to get business. I mean why wouldn't they use his Yelp after all since it has 5 stars for providing amazing service. I booked with the scammers based on what I thought were their Yelp reviews. Read many of them and saw many before and after photos. Of course they would find the best of the best to use as a front. Well unfortunately they came and did nothing for my carpets other than smear the dirt and leave the stains there. I was furious and after $530 left with still dirty carpets. After Vince and I realized what took place (I was scammed) Vince immediately came to my home to see what they did and offered to clean my carpets FOR FREE!! He felt bad for what had happened to me and just wanted to make things right. Y'all this man did not have to do that for me, but he did because he is a true gem and knows customer service. It is unfortunate that there is someone out there trying to ruin his business, but I know that because of his good heart, quality work and impeccable customer service that this will NOT ruin his business. I want people to know about Johnson's Carpet Cleaning business and what a good man Vince is!! He gained a very loyal customer for life and an advocate for his business. I called Johnson's carpet cleaning to see if I can have my vehicle's carpet cleaned (off of the vehicle itself). The gentleman on the phone, unfortunately told me his machines may destroy my carpet due to the type of material they used in my car (late 80's Land Cruiser). Instead of hanging up, he told me how I could go about doing it myself and gave me a few tips/pointers on top of that. All I got to say is if their customer service is this good, you can't go wrong with their business. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness. I had to pinch myself did you install new carpet and didn't tell me just kidding! I got to give a lot of praise to the owner he's reliable on time didn't exceedingly good job and he did it in such a short amount of time. He hit it out of the ballpark ladies and gentlemen. After finding so many 5-star reviews for this company, I called him to clean a sectional and 8 upholstered dining room chairs. I'm glad I did. The entire experience was great. He said he would arrive between 8 am and 10 am - he was here at 9 am. He and his co-worker arrived in a nice, clean van. He explained in detail how different fabrics respond to the cleaning process. What a GREAT experience. I read a bunch of reviews and got quotes and really wanted to go with someone who knew what they were doing AND would be honest. I got both of those qualities in Vince. My husband was home (instead of me) when he cleaned the rug and Vince explained everything, start to finish. Then, since I'm the one who reached out initially, Vince called me (!!!) to tell me about the process and how long the rug may take to dry, etc. I was so impressed by how conscientious and honest he was. Then, I got home and saw the rug and was blown away by how BEAUTIFUL it looked. Like a whole new rug. He got out the stains and made it so bright and gorgeous. And the price was terrific! A late review. I reached out to Johnson's Carpet Cleaning to request a quote and Vince replied back. We have 4 bedrooms that needed to be cleaned. We got it cleaned last year but we felt that it wasn't that great. I told Vince what they used and he was shocked to hear what it was. I was really disappointed and concerned since I have asthma. The previous company who did the job was not able to come for a week. I reached out to Vince and he was able to come the same day.
