It has a good crunch when I bit into it and was full of flavor. Dipping in the marinara, before a bite added an extra kick of flavor. Their Deluxe Salad may be made with iceberg lettuce, but the combination of, black olives, pepperoni, provel cheese and Imo's house dressing, makes it a meal within itself. The staff here is always professional. I typically order on line for my rewards squares and pick-up inside the restaurant. When I arrive, they welcome me and make friendly conversation.

We were greeted by the owner, Lauren. During the event, we were housed in the newly renovated event space. Perfect for intimate events. They served guests a full spread complete and drinks on the house. The food was actually very delicious. There was this sort of cheese dip that we ate - all I know is that it had corn in it and spices, but everyone went back for seconds! It was good! (Put it as a regular menu option *wink wink*). Live music, photo ops, and a tour of the brewery where all the magic happens. Lauren led the tour and when I tell you she is knowledgeable, she is very knowledgeable! It was National Mom and Pop Business Day and my local Joe's posted a picture of their owners on Facebook and it prompted me to order. So I got on their website and ordered my favorite, Sausage & Jalapeño Small Thin Crust Pizza. When I order pizza from any pizza joint, I always add special instructions. I am not a fan of "square" cut and request mine to be cut "pie", the traditional way to serve pizza. My Italian Sausage was spicy, the sauce had zing to it and there was plenty of jalapeños. The jalapeños even had some crunch to them, which tells me, they were fresh. Then of course, the mozzarella cheese was plentiful on top of everything. The website was user friendly and when I arrived, the young ladies working the front counter were friendly and polite. Good pizza and friendly service will have me ordering pick-up again. Sure I can have them deliver, but I don't mind the short drive to pick it up myself. Support your local mom and pop businesses.

I love St Louis style pizza. You can't find Provel anywhere near where I live in the PNW. This one has a really nice thin crust with plenty of mushrooms. I thought their sauce was a little on the sweet side. Not my favorite so far. I also came back with my coworker because he wanted a taste of St. Louis on his short stay, but he wasn't impressed either. I picked up some mushroom spaghetti on my next stop but that was also far too sweet and just okay. Sadly, for some reason pizza places seem to be closed on Sundays and Mondays which are the main days I'm in town this week for work, so I guess it's this place or Imo's this time, but I'll plan to go during Faraci's open hours next time.
