He kept me informed from the time my mowers were picked up to the time they were dropped off about a week later. One of the main reasons I selected T and J was because they could pick up my mowers and return them since I do not own a truck or trailer. The other reason was supporting small businesses. I appreciated the personal care Travis took with each of my mowers and explained everything he saw while completing the maintenance. Both mowers were returned in better condition than when they were given to him, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they run in the spring!

This guy promised not only would he repair it but it would be better than new. Not only did he not repair it, he couldn't have even tested it because the first time we tried to embroider with it, the machine did the same thing it always did, shred the embroidery thread. My niece got Husqvarna blogs and found that it might be related to a potential burr in the manufacturing process. She looked inside and sure enough, that was the problem. She filed down the burr and it now works like it was supposed to. What a waste. Not only that, I was promised several classes for my Epic before I purchased it. Not only did I not receive the classes, but the man lied to me and I wasted an entire day of vacation watching him try to teach me how to use my sewing machine when he didn't have a clue. I spent four hours at his shop, in the middle of his shop with people interrupting us all the time, with his two young daughters right there with us all the time and him trying to teach me how to use this very complex machine. He had no plan, no materials, no anything other than ask me what you need to know. If I knew that, I wouldn't need the stupid class. Now I have to drive to Sioux Falls, SD to get my classes and spend more than $500 in additional money to get what I should have received in the first place. Steer clear of this place. The guy promises the world and delivers zero. I also promised to order a replacement part for my machine that was broken when it arrived. That has never happened either. What a waste.

I arrived to pick up a repaired snowblower and waited along with two other customers. Their answering machine greeting also stated they were open, but no one showed up and none of my voicemails were returned. Later, their online hours were changed without any acknowledgment of what happened. The result was a wasted weekend morning and unnecessary logistical hassle on my end. Communication throughout the process was consistently poor. Before dropping off my snowblower, I specifically asked if two people would be available to help unload it due to a back injury and was told yes. When I arrived, no additional help was provided, and I was still asked to assist. The snowblower had been partially disassembled to transport it, and comments were made about reassembly that ultimately did not occur. When I asked basic questions about delivery options and final cost after being notified the repair was complete, I was brushed off. Based on the lack of reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism, I would not return and would caution others to expect similar treatment.
