The young men that owned and ran the company were very knowledgeable about carpets and the process and articulated it well. They were very careful as they worked. There was no mess and they were very respectful of our furniture and belongings. The results were excellent. Carpets are cleaner than they ever have been. Scott Schneider came out and spent time walking though the house with me discussing their process and pointing out spots his expert eye caught that I had not noticed before. The day of the cleaning the two men that came out (sorry I've forgotten their names) were clean cut and professional. We did another walkthrough of the house before they started the work. I was not able to stay while they were working and left them to close up when they were done; which they did. He was so professional and knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. He even drilled a hole in my cast iron sink to install the RO faucet (something other companies would not try). When I had trouble with my ice maker in the refrigerator, he came back and made sure everything was operational. LastLu he delivered several bags of salt for my softener as a cour. Now Cory is amazing, too. He worked with me on my well to make certain that my water passes inspection. He came back more than once and solved my problems. Do not use these folks. I requested replacement of an Iowa Y34 well hydrant because it was leaking…read morebecause it was cracked. I was quoted $1700 for them to dig a large hole in the yard to replace the hydrant. I declined that and was charged $200 for them just to show up. Had I known that they would be charging $200 for a FN quote, I would have never had my wife call them ( my bad for not listening to her while I was busy). I wrapped a tarp around the hydrant to drain into a hose and then went on vacation and replaced it myself when I got back for an additional $200. This was last summer. I was weeding around this today and was reminded of the bull crap quote this guy was trying to push.
