I was greeted over the phone by a girl, unsure of her name - but she had a very very very rude tone in her voice. Mind we have been going here for 10+ years. She stated to me we would be treated like new customers and have to wait till January to be seen because I haven't been there for 2 years they will treat me like a new customer...... she was SUPER rude over the phone and did not care about the loyalty previously shown.
