After two weeks of not hearing from them, I called and they said it had just arrived. The next appointment available for installation was a week out. They said it typically takes 90 minutes to install, so I decided to wait while it was installed. It took 4 hours. The mechanic who installed it apologized for the delay, and said it took longer because the schematic he had did not match the vehicle. The next day we made a 7 hour trip, and then returned the following day. We heard a rattle coming from the back of the car, so when I got home I looked under the bumper and found quite a mess. The rattle was due to the wheel-well and rear bumper cover not being reconnected. The wiring was very sloppy, with wire ties not trimmed, poor crimps and the wires hanging down without being attached to pre-existing wires. I went back to Brad's the next morning so they could see the poor workmanship and correct the problems, which they took care of in about 5 minutes. I asked to speak with the manager and suggested that I should be compensated for all of my time and trouble. The total bill for the hitch, wiring and installation was $775. The manager offered a $45 refund of the amount that was overcharged due to a error she found on the Curt website which incorrectly stated the retail price. If I had not had trouble and complained, I would have paid $45 too much, not to mention the very long install time and aggravation. At this point I researched the price of the hitch available from reliable resellers such as Tractor Supply, UHaul and others who all listed the delivered retail price of the hitch for $145 less than what Brad's charged me after the $45 refund. The installation of the hitch was $110, and the installation of the wiring was $135. Buyer beware, do your research first!

This particular stop was fantastic. We were gifted a small tote bag with a welcome letter, deck of cards, bottle opener and a bag clip all of which were appreciated. We had a back in spot for the night with power and potable water. We were able to purchase propane while we were there and we dumped our tanks for free. If we were in the market for repairs or to purchase a new RV these are the people we would visit for that! Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property and for the wonderful amenities you offered us. We will visit and shop again.

We only had the camper for 30 days when I started this process , because of either the manufacturer or Wilkins not making sure the camper was inspected before leaving there property, the main cause of my major water leak was a vent grill not secured properly. Their tech diagnosis. now we are 9 months and still getting the run around. Time for Legal action as they do not care about the consumer. I may post more on the coming days as this is not the first dealing with Wilkins, as they totaled my last camper. Signed Don D

Walked in, walked around at least 20 minutes, no exaggeration either, I saw probably 10 sales people standing around in one location completely ignoring me. Finally, at last, a salesguy came over. I told him what I was looking for. Not in stock, he saie, but promised to email and call me after I gave him my wishes and contact info. No calls, no email, nothing. So now, almost a year later, after I got my new trailer at Wilkins RV next door in Churchville, can you believe they still call me? I've never been so ignored, expecially with such a large purchase I was going to make. Shame on you. management, get after your staff. I've heard complaints from at leaset 5 other friends of mine. I had the distinct pleasure to meet Kyle Smith (GM Bath) at the Hershey RV show in Pennsylvania. Although this is a long story I will keep it somewhat to the point. I ordered a unit, it came in, it had multiple issues. Kyle went to bat against the manufacturer, due to all the major issues. Although brand new, the factory wanted to repair and return. Meaning return unit to factory, demo unit and repair issues. I had to cancel a trip already planned. The manufacturer was dragging their feet and Kyle pushed on. I know this is not the norm, nor should it be. But the issues were enough to make myself, and Meyer's RV, very uncomfortable if I was forced to keep this unit. Needless to say a deal was worked out. I am now in an RV I am satisfied with. Be mindful of the dealership and the issues they deal with on a daily basis. I was not very happy at all, and the service personnel and Kyle had to deal with a very upset customer. After I relaxed some I realized the dealership did not build the unit. My anger was misplaced. And I apologized to them. So be prepared. Manufacturers have decided to push units out fast, and let the dealership deal with it. Not fair for dealerships. In conclusion. Be very thorough during walk through. Have everything annotated. If issue won't hinder camping go for it. If it will, don't take it!

I bought the five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. It was delivered. AC kicked out. I realized that the water tank would not work on Electric only propane, I complained they came out a week or so later (the service guy is very nice) and the temperature went way down into the 30s so in order to see if the AC was working right he had to put the furnace on, the furnace was broken so he had to fix the furnace and it needed a computer board. He had to fix the hot water tank on the electric side. These things should've been found in prep, granite moving things around something things come disconnected, but a service guy doesn't see something disconnected and sees it doesn't work it's broke. I had a problem with the AC again. It popped the main breaker as the pole. I was told it was the campsite problem not the camper so the maintenance guy came put a brand new breaker in, fast-forward two weeks in between it was cool didn't really need AC, this past week it was hot. I was stupid and didn't come check it during the week during the day but I work from 6 to 6 in daycare five days a week, so I have a long weekend coming up and come out no AC at all, main breakers fine because microwave is working so it's not the breaker. I tried even the fan part of the AC nothing, I have no AC it's 90° outside either I pack up and go home and ruin my Fourth of July weekend or stay in a hot box. My call to Meyers went to the.GM service was closed, general manager said well it happens I said but I already complained about AC having a problem and they wouldn't believe me the person at the service place. Robin was screaming at me telling me it wasn't the camper. It was the breaker well guess what, it wasn't a breaker I am not happy at all. I paid $1500 for prep the wanted $2000 I said that was ridiculous. $1500 for the prep and I paid about 17,000+ tax and a warranty for my camper for it to constantly have issues. These aren't all the issues, I've have had many other smaller issues. These are three main issues after them supposedly prepping it that I paid for.
