Honest folks. They found out what my issue was and fixed it…read more- just a quick part adjustment. No charge. I then proceeded on buying a couple of batteries. You should never leave without investing in something, especially when they help you out for free. They did not have to do that. They could've lied and said my Traxxas needed to be repaired. So they gained a customer for life.

I drove about 30 minutes out to HobbyTown Corona specifically because I was told yesterday that the…read more"Squeezy's" would be available today after 4 PM once they were scanned into the system and put out. I rearranged my schedule and made time to come back based on what your staff told me. When I arrived today, I was told they still weren't out yet. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.

Ill be honest, I don't ever leave reviews for any company. I feel these reviews are a bit one…read moresided, I have been buying from Inland for about 4or5 years. I've dealt with 2 different sales people and several from the billing department.. My favorite salesman is Mark Jones but everyone I have ever dealt with, has been pleasant and polite with me and my wife. They do call several times a year "drill bits" bit, which can get annoying, but I always just tell the person "I already have a sales guy" and they hang up. Normally I will call in and put a list of things I need for my farm- safety equipment, blades and batteries and tools, not to mention, a list of tools I bought that are "lifetime guaranteed" they always replace the guarantee tools for free, they put together the order, they give me a price, they give me a couple of months to put the tools to work (I like to pay for the stuff right away so I don't forget, right when it arrives) Overall, Inland isn't the cheapest, I could drive nearly 2 hours to the hardware store and pay a little less, but I really like having a personal tool guy. We go over the order, he texts me the price and details, and a few days later everything arrives. If I have any concerns, my guy fixes it right away (goes above and beyond, bends over backwards to ensure I am happy) they will go far to make sure you're happy and will order again from them! I have yet to have a bad experience with the company or its employees! Hopefully this clears up some of the terrible things people are saying.. If i actually got on here to write a review, they must be doing something right. I will continue to buy from them. Nowdays you can go online and order, but you don't know what you're getting, and you pay before it shows up, at least with them, I only pay if I am happy with the order. (I have returned items, they just mailed me a label and that was it, easy) Looking forward to my next order from Mark coming this week!

I guess my last review for Costco was over 6 years ago! I just left this location on a Monday…read moreevening at 7 pm and I still love coming here. There's no samples at 6:30 pm but that's ok. There's often good deals/coupons on a variety of items. Food court still pretty good with their slice of pizza or whole pizza (though I don't care too much for the thick dough and I'd like their combo toppings back). Ice cream pretty good. I like their $2.xx cookie. Their return policy is still pretty decent, not as great as it used to be but maybe because people return too many items, I don't know.

I was in line at the Costco self checkout a few weeks ago. An employee herded me over to the empty…read moreself checkout line. I had no idea how to use it. I stood there for a minute and tried to scan. Soon there were several people behind me. Soon those people behind me were getting anxious. Finally a Costco member said there was another line open over a few feet away. I left the self checkout lane and walked over to the regular checkout lane. By the time I got there, there were several people ahead of me. I had to wait another 10 minutes. Finally a cashier rang up my order, being efficient and certainly not friendly. And then I put in my credit card. It was rejected again and again and again. I thought the card was bad. I started calling my credit card company. And, Not only did I get the aggravation of the people behind me, but the Costco cashier stopped me and in a rude voice, read me the riot act about how I needed to have a Costco credit card. Lastly, on my way out, I saw employees checking off all sorts of people's receipts. I started making my way out, bypassing the receipt checking. I was then rudely and physically pulled aside, threatened, and lectured on how that they have every right to check my receipt. To complete this review, I want to talk about selection and value. The selection doesn't matter so much to me--Costco usually has very little selection. It is the value which is the primary reason most people go to Costco. But to me it barely matters. When sales people and cashiers are downright rude to a customer, that makes the customer, especially me, shop at other places. These days my wife still insists on shopping at Costco. But I avoid Costco, even with their little free food taste testing stations and lower prices, it's just not worth my aggravation. One last complaint: I never buy food from the food court. I'm a vegetarian, and the only food I ever bought was their awful pizza. Never again. 0 out of 5 carrots.
