I've been here a couple of times but after my service yesterday i really felt the need to write a review. I am someone who has a hard time staying still and gets a bit anxious which Ana (lash tech) picked up on. I really appreciated how she started to make conversation with me to help me relax and distract myself and it seemed like she genuinely cared about our conversation. Getting my lashes done today by Emily and I honestly couldn't be happier! She takes her time to make sure my lashes look as perfect as possible and they come out so full and fluffy without feeling heavy at all. I'm have been going to Sarah Lashes and Brows since February 2023 and have been a loyal client since. Sarah is my go to lash tech and the quality of my lashes are top tier which keeps me coming back. I moved to Vegas in September of 2023 and tried to get a new lash tech but it just wasn't the vibes I was overcharged and my lashes would fall off, But Not with Sarah. Very unprofessional and rude. I booked an appointment just to be turned away when there was no one except one person getting there lashes done. The wonder was mean and demeaning. she would not accommodate and continued to talk over me, blaming me for her mistakes. I would never tell anyone to come here. Zero stars. read more

Their work is okay. Service isn't so good and by that I mean no accommodations and also lack of communication. The worst you can ever do to a client is surprise them with pricing. This place surprised me with an extra $35 dlls. They never said cash only when I booked also they have $20 off all new sets on their window and it doesn't say "when you pay cash" it also doesn't say in the sheet you sign when you come in. I paid the $100 it's not about the money it's about the lack of communication. Money is a big deal. I'm sure you're not gonna like it if a client decides to pay $35 less from the total just because they want to. Even if you have plenty of money. I don't come back to these type of businesses. Save your money! Not worth it! Prices are different from what's promoted online. Showed them inspo photos and they did the total opposite. I had my appointment with one tech and they changed it last minute, my lashes were horrendous and I reached out for them to fix the issue and they wouldn't accommodate me. read more

Sarah, and Sarah's lashes and brows is one of the most amazing environments I have ever been in including talents of all of the technicians. Sarah herself treats all of her clients as if they are her friends that she has known a lifetime and tends to their lashes, as if they were a celebrity walking the red carpet on a consistent basis. Her prices are phenomenal. Her chairs are amazingly comfortable. They are easy for people such as myself that are plus size and on the older side to get in and out of and relax. There is not one customer who is not able to fall asleep and feel safe and comfortable in this environment and wake up to a beautiful set of lashes, perfectly put together. All of her technicians are well-trained and so polite. Do they speak in their native tug in front of you 1000% but ask them what they said and they will tell you. Nikki was scheduled to see me and she was very sweet and very helpful. She gave me some recommendations on the length and how I wanted my lash extensions. The staffs kept talking nonstop during my appointment. It shows how unprofessional vibe to the clients because they might think you guys talk sh*t about them. They have cheap prices, but they use low quality stuff. Regardless my lashes retention is good for just few days, I didn't complain to bother them. read more

The lash techs are all so very kind. I asked for a natural set but I walked out with a fuller set. By the time I noticed, I was in the bathroom staring at myself in the mirror. Mind you, before I got up , she cleaned everything up already so it did feel wrong to tell her I didn't like the fullness. Once I walked out the bathroom, they were all ready to go home since they were closing already. Plus, I just came from a 10hr medical field shift. So, I also wanted to go home. I got so many compliments every time I got my lashes done here. My first time, it was done by chị Sarah, and chị Mailee did the fill for me. They are both really attentive and caring. They listen to your concern and request. My "natural" lashes in great shape for a month (ofcs, some falls out, but it is in such a good shape that no one knows that I haven't fill my lashes for a month already). This is long awaited review and honestly I have been going to Sarah's for months now. The staff is always polite and Sarah always knows my name name everytime I call nice touch to make me feel like I'm not just a customer! Lashes are on point and the time it takes is worth it! I appreciated the look and the lashes that comes out as a result every time just what I asked or and if you pay in cash you get a discount even on an affordable price considering today's market with lash extensions. I live my lashes. i really like how easy it is to book and appointment and the person I go to is Nikki and she is always very nice and I love my lashes. Very good service and took about an hour for my 'natural' lashes. It's $10 off refills and $20 off any lash style if you pay cash. So far, I am happy with the way they look! First time coming here and it was a pleasant experience. It is very clean and spacious. I got Mia as my lash artist and she did great! Ive been getting my lashes done for years now but had to leave my previous girl due to a new job schedule-so needed to find a new lash artist that worked with my schedule. I showed a picture and asked for light volume with a mini cat eye and that's exactly what I got-very happy with the results. I will definitely be coming back here and book an appointment with Mia again. There were two other girls working there but since Mia did a wonderful job on my first visit I'll stick with her! read more

They still look great and I always receive compliments on them. I recently came back to Katrina 10 years later in 2025 for my eyebrow retouch, and she continues to wow me with her artistry. I wanted my brows to be slightly thicker this time. I loved how they came out! I have referred others, and have even brought my mother in to get permanent eyebrows by Katrina to fix an old eyebrow tattoo which had turned pink over the years. My mother was absolutely pleased with the results. Thank you to Katrina for beautifying our faces through permanent makeup. I will definitely go to her for any needed services, and highly recommend her! I am looking forward to getting permanent lip blushing with her in the future. And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. Unfortunately, the quality this time was very poor. I later found out they were not planning to charge me for the repair, but I was fully expecting to pay either way. It honestly felt like they did not put much effort into the service because it was going to be free. Instead of repairing the messy overflow into my cuticle, they gave me a buffer to repair myself. I still gave the nail tech a tip for her time. Very disappointed with the quality and experience. I may give them another try but it may take some time.
