Their work is okay. Service isn't so good and by that I mean no accommodations and also lack of communication. The worst you can ever do to a client is surprise them with pricing. This place surprised me with an extra $35 dlls. They never said cash only when I booked also they have $20 off all new sets on their window and it doesn't say "when you pay cash" it also doesn't say in the sheet you sign when you come in. I paid the $100 it's not about the money it's about the lack of communication. Money is a big deal. I'm sure you're not gonna like it if a client decides to pay $35 less from the total just because they want to. Even if you have plenty of money. I don't come back to these type of businesses. Sarah, and Sarah's lashes and brows is one of the most amazing environments I have ever been in including talents of all of the technicians. Sarah herself treats all of her clients as if they are her friends that she has known a lifetime and tends to their lashes, as if they were a celebrity walking the red carpet on a consistent basis. Her prices are phenomenal. Her chairs are amazingly comfortable. They are easy for people such as myself that are plus size and on the older side to get in and out of and relax. There is not one customer who is not able to fall asleep and feel safe and comfortable in this environment and wake up to a beautiful set of lashes, perfectly put together. All of her technicians are well-trained and so polite. Do they speak in their native tug in front of you 1000% but ask them what they said and they will tell you. They listen to your concern and request. My "natural" lashes in great shape for a month (ofcs, some falls out, but it is in such a good shape that no one knows that I haven't fill my lashes for a month already). The staff is always polite and Sarah always knows my name name everytime I call nice touch to make me feel like I'm not just a customer! Lashes are on point and the time it takes is worth it! I live my lashes. i really like how easy it is to book and appointment and the person I go to is Nikki and she is always very nice and I love my lashes.
