What impressed me even more was their customer service. While I was there, I witnessed a customer accidentally drive away with his food still sitting on the roof of his car. The food fell, and he came back understandably frustrated and disappointed. The manager Niko immediately stepped in, treated him with kindness and respect, understood that it was an honest mistake, and replaced the entire order free of charge. That level of customer service is rare these days. Instead of making the customer feel bad, the manager handled the situation with grace, professionalism, and genuine care.
