We came at opening for one of the World Cup games and seated ourselves as they were getting everything ready. There weren't many people and yet the service was extremely slow and it was as if no one paid attention to us. Once we got our waiter, he came to take our order and we said we needed some more time. This was at the start of the game, and he didn't come back until halftime. So we were waiting around 45 minutes. That being said, we were contemplating leaving until he came back. His energy was off-putting and was not friendly whatsoever and that really put us off from even wanting to order any food. We eventually got the smoked wings and did a split of salt&pepper as well as their truffalo. These were very good and the truffalo specifically was just a hint of truffle flavor which was nice. Fun spot! I came here because they were promoting all the World Cup games. Super fun and lively atmosphere, but all the TVs were fairly small. Food was good, servers were attentive, and we were able to split the tab among many people as they were coming and going. Love that I don't have to trek all the way to PB anymore just to catch the Niners game. With the tap room now they're right around the corner I no longer have to worry about driving or taking a uber/Lyft. TVs cover the place, inside and out on the patio, so you'll never miss a play. After living near Taproom for 4 years, I finally got to try it out during happy hour. My first impressions were great. Every table had pumpkins and there was cute fall decoration throughout the whole restaurant. It's definitely clean and well kept. All the staff that helped us out were super friendly and attentive. Despite reading good reviews on the M&C, it just missed the mark for me. It was way too onion heavy (both green onion as a topping and white onion in the cheese) so i didn't eat much of it. My friend enjoyed his buffalo cauliflower and I'd look forward to trying the brussel sprouts next time. Be advised parking may be tough as it's located on the main street of North Park. Stopped by this chill brewery for dinner on a Friday evening and it wasn't too crowded. There is lots of seating, both indoor and outdoor and it's family friendly! We also managed to snag a metered parking spot right in front (free after 6pm). To our surprise, it was happy hour (Mon-Fri until 6pm) so we got $2 off draft beer, cocktails, and select appetizers!
