We've come here several times to watch World Cup soccer matches and UFC fights, and it's a great place to catch a game or fight. They have TVs everywhere, so there's really not a bad seat and you won't miss any of the action. The service has always been consistent, and the food tastes the same every visit. The restaurant itself is also clean and has a great atmosphere. Lastly, we also received dirty forks during our visit, which was disappointing. Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings because I wanted something quick and easy. I ordered the 20-piece boneless wings and tried the Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, and Buffalo sauces. The sauces were good and gave a nice variety of flavors, but unfortunately the wings themselves were pretty disappointing. They were really small and on the dry side, which made it hard to enjoy them even with the sauces. I ordered a dip appetizer that arrived topped with bacon pieces, something I wasn't aware came with the dish. I politely asked if it could be remade, and Kevin handled the situation kindly and professionally without hesitation. Shortly afterward, my wings arrived. Presentation-wise, they looked great and were nicely coated in sauce, but unfortunately the wings themselves were barely warm when I bit into them. Since I had already sent one item back, I honestly felt awkward asking for the wings to be remade as well. As a nurse, I appreciated that gesture and was relieved not to pay full price for what felt like a fairly mediocre dining experience overall. I do think there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service and floor management at this location. Kevin himself was pleasant, but whether due to being new or simply spread too thin, the service experience suffered from long wait times and lack of attentiveness. That can become frustrating for customers who are waiting on food, refills, or simply trying to check out. While this visit was a miss for me personally, I won't hold one experience against the entire chain. I stopped by to take advantage of the birthday reward they offer, which includes six free wings through their app. I ordered the: *Honey Garlic Boneless Wings: they were served warm and had a nice flavor yes. My partner and I wanted to eat wings and watch a World Cup game here. We ended up leaving 10-20 minutes after being seated. Why? Well because they allowed fans of a team to bring in drums, trumpets, and live instruments. They also overpacked the place to where my partner even overheard a manager or employee saying that they will have to call the fire marshal to enforce people to make a pathway. There was literally no pathway, that is how crowded the entire place was. On top of that, the instruments were so loud that you could not hear the TVs and I noticed food was taking so long to come out (probably because they overpacked the place and people could barely walk around anywhere!). I understand the hype and excitement, which is totally OKAY. But, there is a balance to things and the live instruments was a bad call to allow inside the small place. I should've trusted the low reviews in the first place. I barely leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. People may say, "Don't come to BWW during a World Cup game then." Well, I certainly will not come to BWW anymore after this experience. At least the nearby Yardhouse that my partner and I checked after we left BWW was appropriate with the amount of people they let in. The young woman who got our drinks, checked in with us which was nice, and she was friendly, but I'm an old school former food server. If I'm coming to a restaurant, someone needs to serve me. Before I could send in the order, I had to enter all this information and my credit card. So what I want to know is where do I fill out my W2 because I basically did half the work. And then there's the audacity of having 18%, 20%, 25% as your choices for gratuity. I base gratuity on service and there was no rapport developed with anyone. Luckily there's "custom" and I left 15%. Would've left 10% cause I felt I was just at a glorified fast food establishment, but not sure who it was going to get it and well, our server was nice. Placed an online order 3/16. Picked up - the person getting our order asked if I wanted ketchup, added to the condiment bag. I said yes. There was no ketchup in the bag when we got home. I ordered the honey barbecue chicken salad. I requested no croutons and no bacon. They left off the cheese. There was no lime. They basically cut open a bag of pre-cut lettuce dumped it in their cardboard to go box and dumped some grilled chicken on top of it. A $17 salad... quite disappointing. We were also short one order of french fries. I was treating my son and his family to dinner since he works so hard. I was so disappointed with this meal. $90 I feel was a waste.
