We've come here several times to watch World Cup soccer matches and UFC fights, and it's a great place to catch a game or fight. They have TVs everywhere, so there's really not a bad seat and you won't miss any of the action. The service has always been consistent, and the food tastes the same every visit. The restaurant itself is also clean and has a great atmosphere. Lastly, we also received dirty forks during our visit, which was disappointing. I stopped by to take advantage of the birthday reward they offer, which includes six free wings through their app. I ordered the: *Honey Garlic Boneless Wings: they were served warm and had a nice flavor yes. Dipping it in the ranch really added to the flavor. I placed my order through the mobile app, and it was ready in about 20 minutes. When I arrived, the staff quickly brought my order out and included ranch in the bag. They did forget the utensils, but I was in and out in less than a minute, so the pickup process was very easy. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings is what it is, a casual sports bar chain and a fun place to catch a game, grab some wings, and hang out with friends. The staff are friendly, and the service is efficient. That said, I do think the food is a WAY overpriced for what it is. If I hadn't received the birthday reward there's NO WAY I would spend $14 on six wings. Kevin himself was pleasant, but whether due to being new or simply spread too thin, the service experience suffered from long wait times and lack of attentiveness. My partner and I wanted to eat wings and watch a World Cup game here. We ended up leaving 10-20 minutes after being seated. Why? Well because they allowed fans of a team to bring in drums, trumpets, and live instruments. They also overpacked the place to where my partner even overheard a manager or employee saying that they will have to call the fire marshal to enforce people to make a pathway. There was literally no pathway, that is how crowded the entire place was. On top of that, the instruments were so loud that you could not hear the TVs and I noticed food was taking so long to come out (probably because they overpacked the place and people could barely walk around anywhere!). I understand the hype and excitement, which is totally OKAY. But, there is a balance to things and the live instruments was a bad call to allow inside the small place. I should've trusted the low reviews in the first place. I barely leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. People may say, "Don't come to BWW during a World Cup game then." Well, I certainly will not come to BWW anymore after this experience. At least the nearby Yardhouse that my partner and I checked after we left BWW was appropriate with the amount of people they let in. It took about 15 minutes before anyone took our order, and we didn't receive our food until around 5:10 pm. Our server, Danny, was very polite and clearly doing his best, but he was completely alone and overwhelmed, attending to around 10 tables by himself. He kept apologizing, and it was obvious he had no help. We were dining with our 18-month-old, who was very hungry and became upset, and we seriously debated leaving. Several tables around us did leave after waiting 20+ minutes without being attended to. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, and the food itself was only okay. A different server brought it out, and when I asked her for a sauce that was supposed to come with my meal, she said she'd bring it but never did. We also never received drink refills. After finishing our meal, it took another 20 minutes just to receive the bill. Someone came and gave us a table near the bathrooms since it was near the t.v. that had a soccer game on, that one of my other students wanted to watch. A young woman came and took our drink order. "Dang, did they have to go pick strawberries for my lemonade?" LOL! She also told me the QR code was on the table and when we were ready, I could order from there. So I opened the app, we ordered wings, which was odd because it asks for which sauces to add and I thought they were going to come on the side, but half tossed in one, half in the other, which was fine. And they were just wings and the sauces were good. For 20 wings, the celery sticks were minimal. Ordered a large french fries, thin and crispy, which were good. I also ordered the mozzarella sticks which were pretty standard. The food runner passed our table with our order, then went to find the server who told her where to go. The young woman who got our drinks, checked in with us which was nice, and she was friendly, but I'm an old school former food server. If I'm coming to a restaurant, someone needs to serve me. Before I could send in the order, I had to enter all this information and my credit card. So what I want to know is where do I fill out my W2 because I basically did half the work. And then there's the audacity of having 18%, 20%, 25% as your choices for gratuity. I base gratuity on service and there was no rapport developed with anyone. Luckily there's "custom" and I left 15%. Multiple servers walked past us , and even looked at my friend while he was raising his hand then completely ignored him. This is a very good location of BWW! I ordered 10 flats with medium spice level, a side of onion rings, and some ranch along with their golden fire sauce for dipping. Overall, it was great! The wings were crispy, juicy, and tasted amazing dipped in the golden fire sauce, which was sweet, a little tangy, and packed a delicious fiery punch. Of course, the ranch was good too. However, the onion rings came out of left field for me! I wasn't expecting anything more than average onion rings, but these were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tasted great.
