The clinicians are more concerned about getting Botox and whatever done on their own face during work hours, then they are concerned about you. My clinician came in and you can tell she just got Botox done while she's working, and then proceeds to tell me all the reasons I can't get my treatments done and I've never had a problem. On top of that, I have to drive two hours to go to that location so I ended up driving two hours getting a hotel to spend the night, and they had no care or concern no empathy or compassion!
