Literally took 40 minutes to get our food. We got a family meal and a spaghetti. We waited as instructed for 20 minutes before we went inside and they apparently gave our order to someone else. Ok fine. So they make our order on the spot. Get in the car and check and its missing the sides (mashed potatoes and fries). So we go in again and they were looking for somebody else's order. No organization whatsoever. Everyone just running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Finally got our sides and decided to try a fry and it was cold. Fail all around. Waited 2hrs in line which is okay since it's grand opening. While waiting in line we passed MULTIPLE staff handing out menus. None of the menus or employees mentioned any items being unavailable or mentioned a limited menu so we assumed everything was available. 2hrs into the line and we finally get to order, not at the window or menu board, but in the line with a cashier. It wasn't until we went to order that they told us they weren't serving what we wanted and that if we wanted the same kind of combo we'd need to pay the $5 for the extra ONE piece of chicken as a kids meal.. So, i ended up ordering just palabok. Drove back to Bakersfield, started eating, just to find a hair in my food. Not sure if i've eaten more pieces of hair but wasn't till i was almost done that i saw the hair. Tried calling the store and it automatically says all employees are assisting other customers, the same recording you hear when you're on hold with a telecenter. No one ever picked up. So I just stopped at this new location here in Delano for business travel. Went to drive thru around 0900 pm and was told to park in front to wait for the rest of orders. Come 0920 no food yet. So I finally went in to check my orders told them I ordered via drive thru and was told to wait in the front. Only to find out they didn't have my order ready not only that my list of orders was not even in the cue to be prepared. If I have not went in to check my order I would have starved myself outside waiting for nothing while other orders with big buckets already got theirs. You did not only starved me, driving 4 hours and finally getting a chance to eat, you just ruin my appetite to eat. read more

I was so happy to find out that a Jollibee opened close to where I live! We must've gotten there at a good time because there wasn't a line at the drive thru, but once we got our food there was a line. The food did not disappoint, as always. The chicken sandwich with the brioch bun is always good, and the chicken with rice and gravy are a must. We also got the ube pie and mango peach pies... Our hour drive to Jolliebee was worth it! First time here and I tried their spicy chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich has a nice heat level to it, the breading was good on the chicken, and the sauce was a good compliment to the sandwich. Unfortunately I was parked right away and I was only parked for less than 30 seconds I received lukewarm fries. The mango peach dessert pie was also good. So I'm giving them a 3 out 5. This was my first time ever going to a Jollibee. I've seen them in Southern California but have never been to one. I decided for my inaugural trip to Jollibee to go to the Delano location. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich combo. Let's start with the difference between their regular chicken sandwich and the deluxe chicken sandwich . The deluxe chicken sandwich for $.50 more you get mayonnaise smeared and I do mean smeared over the top and bottom bun and if you're lucky... the globs of mayonnaise will also get to the outside of your bun so your fingers smear it all over the outside of your bun. Don't be A HATER But I was lucky enough for this to happen to me. But in addition to the extra mayonnaise that the regular sandwich doesn't get you get a piece of Romain lettuce. I wish I would've just got the regular. OK now that we have the difference between the regular sandwich and the deluxe sandwich let's talk about it the food. The fries were COLD! I tried them as I was driving away. So it was Less than a minute of receiving my bag. The sandwich was Luke warm with deluxe mayonnaise and the Romain lettuce. The diet Pepsi I ordered with light ice was cold and wet so that was a good thing. The staff was nice and quick so that was also good thing. It's soooooooo nice to FINALLY have a Jollibee close to home. No more driving to LA for those Jollibee cravings. Only disappointment is, they don't serve those hot dogs anymore. I was going to take a couple stars off but I'm sure it is the franchise that made that stupid decision. They still have them in The Philippines. Everything else is great and the chicken is just tasty. Love the mashed potatoes and gravy. Also when we have our Pinoy parties, we don't have to travel far to pick up food here. I've been telling my husband to bring me back since the opening. I'm a super lucky girl because here I am. The employees greeted me as I walked in. We decided to eat inside and it did not disappoint. The vibe is family friendly. Everything is so clean. There's someone always doing something.I knew what I wanted and ordered.The wait time was non existent. We ordered the chicken/palabok, aloha burger, two chicken sandwiches, two mango/peach pies and the infamous pineapple refresher. I wasn't sure about the palabok because I'm usually picky about chain or other people's way of making palabok and I've never had it here but I was surprisingly happy that I liked it and super sad when I didn't have anymore on my plate. The chicken was as I like my chicken, crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside and perfectly seasoned. It was so fresh, non greasy and super delicious. We weren't able to get the spicy chicken because the store didn't have the inventory. I didn't try the aloha burger but my husband said it had just the right amount of teriyaki or Jollibee sauce with an even ratio of meat to produce-lettuce and pineapple. The fries were standard, crispy, non greasy and lightly salted. The mango/peach pie is super delicious if you can remember when McDonald's had fried apple pies? The crispy outside and the ooey-gooey-hot inside? That's it but with soft, warm pieces of mango and peach. The pineapple refresher was good. It tasted like a pineapple drink...like Dole. The peach mango pie has got to be my favorite of all the items! An item that is not really advertised yet but they have is the amazing aloha yum and it is delicious. Terrible service from beginning to end. The guys that are supposed to be directing traffic we're just messing around. I didn't even receive a menu until it was time to order after a good amount of waiting. I then asked for multiple items on the menu and was told that they don't carry those yet. I politely asked "when will you have them" to which they replied "we don't know...". Once at the window I asked a few questions about the place and they were all ignored with a simple "have a jolly day" and shutting the window. ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a small spaghetti and it took 30+ min to receive it. i don't understand how it takes this long when hardly no ones in line. on top of that this system of asking each car they told to wait which order is there's takes forever and half the servers aren't going to each car to check who ordered what. had to go inside and get our order that was already ready. read more

Visited Jollibee in Delano not too many cars only one in the drive through 4 cars in the parking lot waiting because of no indoor seating. We called before hand to inquire about indoor seating they said yes on the phone. Communication problem or employee problem? The gravy given with the chicken was a great compliment for the chicken. We also had a spicy chicken sandwich which was a good enough spice flavor. The peach mango pie was very good though need to be made man size. The real star of the show was the spaghetti it seemed like it was beans and weanies spaghetti version, a really good combination. The reason for three stars is definitely the staff was told there was indoor seating but wasn't when we got there. The kid in the front didn't know ass from a hole in the ground. That's always annoying. Why only a 20 oz cup what is this New York City? We will visit again but we won't go out of our way to do it. read more
