On our way to Fresno we decided to stop at McDonald's for a late lunch but FORTUNATELY, we passed our exit and found this little hidden gem here on Yelp. We ordered a Fish Sandwicg which to my surprise was SUPER tasty and filling. My husband order a double hamburger which he enjoyed as well. Thanks Yelp for helping me find this place! It was 95 degrees outside when I dropped in for lunch, but somehow the outdoor seating here felt way cooler (I think it got some of the cool air from the A/C inside)? I ordered the much raved about pastrami sandwich, and it did not disappoint! And those small yellow peppers were so juicy and flavorful! My husband ordered the cowboy burger and was also very satisfied. The fries were very well seasoned, but could've been fried just a tad longer to get a little more crispy. We Needed something fast to eat on the way home traveling on 99. I read the reviews on this place and thought it should have been amazing. First off, I stopped here because it had tacos and hamburgers. We ordered tacos. Turns out they don't have any tacos. Bummer! Ok burritos they did have that but they were deep fried. ( reminded me of the frozen ones you can buy at the store). Tasted okay but deep fried Yikes. We also ordered a cheeseburger which I was told was 5 stars. Chicken nuggets were crispy. Tasted good but not what we expected. Thought we were getting chicken strips. Reminded me of McDonalds. Also tried the Okra. It was pretty good. Kinda slimy in inside but I think that's just okra?!? Facade is a little beat down but place is clean even the restroom is clean. Food was good. We ordered grilled chicken salad, cheeseburger, bacon hamburger, mushroom and jalapeno poppers. Wish I could give this spot more than 5 stars because they definitely deserve it! While driving thru I found this spot on Google maps and we were hungry. It was right off the freeway and once we saw their menu I was excited. Everything looks super good! We ordered a western burger, chicken nuggets, pastrami sandwich, okra, nacho cheese fries (the only way cheese fries should be made honestly!) and regular fires plus 3 drinks and it came out to a little over $40. What a deal! Let me just say that I LOVE when a soda come in a styrofoam cup with crushed ice. I know it's not environmentally friendly but the soda is so good!! Don't change that ever. So the food was beyond, like better than I thought. And it wasn't greasy either. Usually places like this the amount of grease that is in the food is pretty major. Not this place. Came across this place when we pulled off to get gas just driving through. We decided to give the place a try even though it almost looks closed. We order the cheese fries, chili cheese fries, fried mushrooms and a double bacon cheese burger and the triple cheese burger. Everything was really good with the exception of the chili cheese fries. The chili seemed to be burnt, we liked the cheese fries better. The only sad thing is we didn't get to get a sundae or a shake because we were so full! Definitely would stop here again! read more

A mountain of fries that would make the state of Idaho proud covered in so much salt Pablo Escobar would look twice. If you're heading up the 99N, this place is an absolute must. About what you would expect from a small private owned burger joint...meat cooked all the way through, veggies on burger were fresh. Typical fries. Girl taking order was friendly and cute, probably best part of the meal.
