First time at jollibee's, the food was bomb, the service was fast and the total wasn't bad. We ordered two 2pc jolly packs come with chicken, side, small gravy, drink and pie for $11. Complete total for everything was $24 which is not bad, I will say minus one star chase they had NO spicy chicken which is what I wanted. Worst Jolibee I've been to and I've been to Jolibees in CA/NJ/NY. Line was 1hr long, which is shorter than usual for now. Chicken, mash potatoes, and the gravy were barely warm. Chicken wasn't very flavorful. The fries were LITERALLY cold, I had to go exchange it after sitting down. Half of the soda options are out of stock. The vermicelli plate was also not very hot. A lot of staff just standing at the counter doing nothing (maybe in training I guess). Asked for spicy chicken, don't think it was spicy at all (didn't have a little flag like other locations). They also didn't have adobo rice. Definitely would not recommend this jollibee, if you can't even serve hot food with an unlimited supply of customers, you should be ashamed as a business. This was our first time trying out Jollibee and didn't really know what to expect. First thing first, walking in is definitely faster than drive thru so if you wanna save some time then use your legs. Things we ordered: 2 pcs chicken (og) + Jolly Spaghetti 2 pcs chicken (og) + Palabok Fiesta Peach Mango Pie Spicy Chicken Sandwich Pineapple Quencher I like the fact that they only serve dark meat because Iykyk. The spaghetti is a little sweet but not too crazy. The Palabok Fiesta was probably my favorite topped with garlic sauce. The chicken itself was a good pairing with gravy but kind of wish I had ordered the spicy one instead. The spicy chicken sandwich was not eaten by me BUT the review for that was: "It was really goood!!!" I give this spot a 3 but I really want to rate this in between 2 and 3 for a number of reasons. The chicken sandwich is moist and flavorful. Some folks have complained about the size but I think it's an average size for fast food chicken sandwich. Also the size may vary for reasons outside of Jollibee's control as far as distributor and etc. So I'd allow room for that. Besides if the chicken breast is too big chances are it's probably been shot up with growth hormones and etc. The fried chicken bucket is good but it's over priced and if you looking to have leftovers it's barely enough for one person. You get 6 pieces for $15 plus tax. The fries are meh and the regular size fries look like a children's small fries. Very tiny so if fries is your thing you'll want to order a large and at $4 you will hope they fill it up. I knew about the wait time before heading here so that wasn't a surprise to me although for FAST food it should be much quicker. Maybe eventually they'll get it together and you won't have to wait so long that you'll need to turn your car off in the drive through. The thing that did come as a surprise was how dysfunctional the parking lot is. It's poorly designed. At first glance the parking appears to be convenient to the main entrance, however, if you park their you will likely be blocked in by the cars accessing the drive through window. I took the attached photo of the parking lot while waiting in the drive through line that's how I know that if cars were actually parked their they'd be blocked in and have difficulty getting out. From the photo is looks like Jollibee's tried to turn it into a "drive-thru waiting area" as if the wait time is not long enough in the line itself! Then if you park their you'll have to pray you can get out of the lot without getting into an argument or accident. Just poorly designed from a business standpoint. And it doesn't help that there's a bunch of other businesses that basically share the same lot or the lots are so close to each other it causes even more congestion. Overall it was an experience and although the chicken is good it's over priced (like a lot of things these days). For fast food I don't expect to pay almost $40 for a family of 3 (2 adults and a toddler). Again, not for FAST food that in actuality is slowly served. read more

Good food, terrible service. I pulled into the drive and was cashed out at 7:13 after being told it would be a 10 minute wait for original chicken. They asked me to park and they would bring out my order. Okay cool. I parked and started playing with my phone, by the time I looked up it had been 25 minutes and no food in sight. So I went inside to check on my order, they completely lost my ticket and the order was not even being prepped. Even worse, the chicken had been given away so I was asked to wait yet another 15 minutes. The person at the cash register apologised profusely but his peers just need to do better They were giving people the vibrating pager things like at actual restaurants because they're that slow. There were multiple people waiting at half cleaned tables so I couldn't sit while waiting a second time for my order. I originally gave Jollibee a 5 star rating because when this location originally opened in September and until just a few weeks ago, the chicken sandwiches were 30% bigger than they are now. Now they are much smaller, and not as juicy as they used to be just 3-4 weeks ago. I frequent this place several times a week ever since it has opened. The chicken breast sandwich filet used to be really big and plump. Now it is 30% smaller, and not as juicy. They must of changed suppliers or something and I'm so sad to see that because the sandwich is not as good as it used to be just a month ago. Now the filet is even smaller than Popeyes (See screenshot of the comparison, Popeyes is on the right, Jollibee is on the left). This is a travesty. Attn: The owner of this franchise, go back to your original chicken breast filet supplier and make them bigger and juicier like they used to be. Arrived around 7 on a Friday night and to my surprise the line wasn't too bad. I probably waited maybe 20 minutes before ordering. First the good....The Adobe rice was great, the burgers as well, the gravy was flavorful and savory, the chicken was crispy, the burger steak was more meat tasting than a patty and tasty. Now the not so good....The wait time was ridiculous, the palabok Fiesta was not flavorful and the seafood/eggs were extremely small nothing like the pictures, the food portions were on the smaller side, the peach/mango pie was more crust than filling, though the chicken was crispy I had to dip it in the gravy to hit it with flavor, the prices were on the expensive side for very little food. This place is so insanely crowded and after trying it for good reason. The drive through goes to the road. The line when I went was about a 15 min wait and that was inside. They have a pretty fast and effective method for pushing out orders. The food was pretty bomb. My opinion is only get the spicy chicken because it is flavorful with a slight kick and lingering pepper taste. The chicken was very crispy and juicy! I love the super flavorful gravy dip. You have to get the pineapple quencher. It has a nice mellow flavor of pineapple in the drink. Very refreshing. The dessert mango peach pie is delicious. Don't break my heart Jollibee. I have been waiting for this Philly location for years! I waited patiently after all the delays in opening. When it first opened, I came by often to fill my cravings. But less than a year after opening, this location has become unreliable, always out of stock of something. I've resorted to checking the Jollibee app for availability because I don't want to waste the drive if there's no spaghetti or peach mango pie. The staff has always been friendly and trying their best, but the wait times are long when there's barely anyone at the restaurant and I struggle to imagine what it looks like during a busy lunch hour. The food is yummy! It's fairly priced for what it is in my opinion. The peach lemonade was filled to the top and we typically order a family menu item which is probably the best deal. Chicken is similar to Popeyes, and the Filipino spaghetti is yummy as it is sweeter and has bits of sausage. Obviously the long line is out of their control but even after an hour of waiting the workers were usually very nice! I typically go through drive through and I believe the line has died down compared to the first year it opened. Indoor dining typically seems crowded and full of people so we often eat at home PSA: this is definitely a place where you have to expect long lines and it's much more reliable to order in person !! read more

I grew up on Jollibee. I'm talking about Jollibee in the Philippines. Aside from the difference in the menu, what tremendously lacks is the warmth in the service you get from this particular branch. I was so proud and excited to bring my coworkers today to have them experience something from my culture, but it was a dud. While the: 1. Chicken joy was wonderful; 2. My coworker liked the spaghetti; 3. Place was clean; The following needs a lot of improvement: 1. SERVICE. The cashier rolled her eyes at me. They are not very friendly. Incomplete orders given. 2. Chicken fingers were rubbery. 3. Fries were soggy. 4. Cheeseburger was very dry and didn't have enough dressing on it. I get that it was a lunch rush, but poor and unfriendly service is not acceptable; especially from a brand that prides itself of Filipino hospitality. The older lady who was cleaning tables was actually the only one who was pleasant. While I wish more Jollibees will open in the NJ/PA area, this place needs to get their act together. The menu was messily designed on the screen (very crowded wording, little visuals and small font). The seating was cramped. The worst aspect of this Jollibee was the parking situation. Personally, this is my first time trying Jollibee's and I want to put out a disclaimer: this is my personal opinion and I respect others that hold a sentimental value/place for Jollibee's in their hearts. With that being said, IMHO, their chicken is ok I think... maybe it's me but I prefer Popeye's chicken... perhaps due to having a longer exposure. What is distinct is Jollibee's spaghettis: it has a sweet taste in its sauce. I like it. My partner doesn't like the sweetness, so to each their own. My partner loves the crispy peach pie. They do have a drive through and parking lot. I believe lines are not as long now after the initial curiosity/interest peaked over. Man, do we need a Jollibee near Atlantic City. Everything was excellent the chicken was nice and fresh. The spicy chicken was nice and spicy, did I mention it was crispy and fresh. The Filipino spaghetti (the Wifeys favorite) was delicious. It is not normal sauce it is a little sweet with hotdogs and topped with cheese. Don't miss out on trying it out. The Palabok was also good. I was disappointed that they were out of the peach-mango pies. Those are my favorite. My daughter and I tried Jollibee this afternoon for the first time. We were warmly greeted with a bright smile! Very friendly! After ordering, I joked about wondering if we would have to wait two or three hours for the order to be ready and she sincerely(meaning not being disingenuous) laughed! It took me 45 minutes to get my food in a significantly shortened drive thru line. The girl at the intercom kept messing up reading off my order until Had to scream it out loud to clarify it. To make matters worse, whoever the simpleton is that packed my bag should not even work there. They forgot my silverware but remembered everything else. Went to this Jollibee for the first time since it opened so I'll start with the good news. The food was great! The chicken was hot and crunchy, the mango peach pie as well as the pineapple coconut pie were both delicious and the spaghetti was equally as good as it's always been. There was ample seating and the place was clean However, they didn't have any spicy chicken and that is my favorite. Next, my paid receipt had a time of 7:12pm. I finally got my order at 7:47pm. Over a 30 minute wait for the food. I would have walked out but I had already paid for it so I wasn't going to waste my money. It looked like they had plenty of staff, chicken was in the bins, spaghetti was there and all I needed was a cheesy yum burger. All that waiting was ok because the food was hot when I got it but there was one guy who had already ordered when I got there and didn't get his food until a few minutes after I did. I'm glad I wasn't him because part of his order had been sitting in the bag for a few minutes. Maybe he took it home and warmed it up. I got a yum burger, spicy chicken sandwich, 2 peice chicken meal with rice& gravy and a pineapple juice. The restaurant was super clean the staff super nice and a lot of indoor seating available. The chicken was fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend giving them a try. However I would be remiss to mention unfortunately there spaghetti only comes with pork which was sad to hear knowing that they could have made it with other dietary, conscious meats. read more

The service was very bad. But I'm here for an honest food review and bad service has nothing to do with it. So let's get to it, the burger tasted like I got it at 3 AM at a 7-Eleven. No toppings on it even after asking for lettuce and tomato. I asked for a side of extra sauce and was refused. I would honestly give the burger a 3/10 Now, I also got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. It consisted of better brioche bread, a slab of beautifully fried chicken, spicy sauce, jalapeños, lettuce, and a tomato. The sauce on the sandwich tasted similar to the sauce on the spicy sandwich at Popeyes. unfortunately, at Popeyes there is no option to get lettuce and tomato on your sandwich.
