This place has amazing food, packed with spice & flavor. Regular fries chicken was similar to KFC & the spicy was more akin to Popeyes. But there was so much more flavor in both options than you get at those other places. Their gravy is pretty dang good too. Don't be afraid to dip everything in it. lol. The palabok was amazing. I would definitely recommend getting this. Their spaghetti was good but different, a lot sweeter than what you'd expect. & their pies! Get the peach mango pie. It was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I had wanted to try this place out which has not been opened all that long in our neighborhood. We went in and it was packed. We ordered our food and sat to wait..We waited just under a half an hour for our food which I thought was kind of long. The drive thru was out of commission but it just left them with one less thing to have to worry about. The two people at the front well one was friendly and courteous while the other seemed as though she couldn't wait for her shift to be over. Here comes the food...well the chicken was good however honestly it wasn't any different then the chicken you'd grab at a Popeye's or KFC. It was flavorful had good spice and was nice and crispy. My husband's chicken sandwich he stated was good however the lettuce on it was very wilted and mushy so he just removed it completely. The Adobe rice was super spiced and just a big clumpy mound in a cup it left a lot to be desired so we actually took a spoonful each to taste and left the rest. We tried the spaghetti and it was SOOO sweet we didn't eat that either. It was like chef boyardee which we don't like with a ton of sugar in it with hot dogs.. the spaghetti was also super thick. Just a NO NO NO. Now we aren't knocking the filipino spaghetti as I love Filipino restaurants so I will try the spaghetti a 2nd time at a restaurant we frequent just to see if it was the way it was prepared here. The mashed potatoes and gravy and fries were fine. The highlight of the visit was the peach mango pie. I do think almost $4 for a fruit pie is a little high but hey it was good. This was SO NOT WORTH waiting for. I came here during dinner and walked in, waited about 10 mins to put in my order. I ordered a 10 piece meal with 3 large sides. It wasn't even that busy and it took them about 30 mins for them to give me my order. Do yourself a favor and make sure that all of your items are in there because one of my sides was missing. Now for the food, the chicken was okay, it wasn't unique or anything to die for, it's actually the gravy which puts the flavor. Horrible! Walked in because drive through was around building. Went right to the counter and placed order. Then I waited over an hour for food. All people sitting at table were waiting. One guy started yelling he was waiting over an hour he was not came in after me. They took food out of a bag and gave it him. Guess who bag that was. I Get home to eat IT IS all dark meat. Legs and thighs only that sucks and so does this place. The pies everyone raved about are ok. First and last time there. i used to work at Jollibee back home and grew up eating them. So whenever we see jollibee at any states we visit, we make sure to hit up. But this branch has the worse service so far. This jollibee doesn't feel home. I ordered chicken joy bucket treat B that comes with (6pcs chicken, 1 family Spaghetti and 3 pcs of peach-mango pie). Palabok Cheesy yumburger meal I ordered ahead of time while on the way to the store to avoid waiting since we are 30mins away. It wasn't busy when we get there but it took them 25 mins to give me my order. And when I got it, they only gave me a bucket, palabok, and the burgers. Good thing we check the bag coz we are missing the pies and the spaghetti. And when i told them, we had to wait for another 16mins to prepare the spaghetti. And when they gave me the spaghetti, i had to wait again for the pies coz they gave it to another costumer. And when I asked for the gravy, they wouldn't gave me coz it wasn't on the receipt. Even i told her that I ordered the bucket, so it comes with the gravy. She still wont give me. So I loose my patient and ask the manager. Told her the situation and talk to the crew. Allow me to state this has everything with the customer service aspect. I paid for my order with a $100.00 bill at the drive thru. I could see the cashier laughing and counting out my change. As she handed me my change of (what I though was) 39 one dollar bills. When I asked her if she was kidding me. She (and whom I take it was, the line Manager then started laughing again) stating this was all she could do. I then parked my car and went inside. At this time the manager then came from the office asking me "what you don't want these ones"? I then asked him. would you want all these? To which I got no reply. I then handed him the stack of bills. At which time he then did go into the office and came back with my change. For one, let me state that I have worked in the hospitality industry for a better part of my life. And I know that LAUGHING IN THE FACE OF AN UNSTAISFIED CUSTOMER IS NOT PROPER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. For another, most cashiers do apologies if you are forced to refund a customers change in this manner and not laugh at them as if the customer is the butt of their joke. This is not the end of this. Upon returning home. I then looked at my receipt and then counted my change and realized I was shorted 5 dollars change.
