I dropped it off the morning of my appt. He called every few days to keep me updated on the progress. I also received texts with updates when it went from body to paint and estimated completion date. They finished up a couple days later than promised but due to the holidays (my appt drop off was Dec 21), and weather, it was understandable. Once I picked it up he took me to my car and summarized the repairs. And as a final touch, they washed the car prior to pickup. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and professional as well. They are first rate!!

I returned there today to address the issue and was rudely told it was not from the install but rather the soft rubber window gasket. If the scratches could have been caused (which they couldn't possibly have) by the rubber gasket, they would be vertical not horizontal. They did a shoddy install on a mustang that I had them do 8 or 9 years ago which still looks awful to this day. As a small business owner I do know a little bit about customer service and what I experienced today was awful. I will never take a vehicle there again. I now understand why there are no positive reviews for this business. Stay away from this place.

The service department folks who took care of me and my car were wonderful. Specifically, Julie and Cole, the Service Advisor - who was extremely kind and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. Also after some back and forth, the windshield agreement has been satisfied. Again, thanks to Cole, whom I appreciated for stepping in to not only solve the issues, but treat me and my experience as something that mattered. The collision center took care of my windshield replacement, and did a great job. Riley assured it would be done same day and it was, promptly. My experience over there was also pleasant.
