The warranty is a joke! Had a windshield replaced on my Jeep Wrangler 3 months ago and noticed a small crack in the upper right corner of the windshield. I ran my finger across to detect a chip or impact and felt nothing--even brushed powder across and only saw the crack..of course wouldn't you know it when they came out to do warranty--get a call and they found an impact--there isn't one. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS....the warranty that you get is worthless. They claim they put a new windshield in my car and Lexus confirmed that there are not any windshields available..... Also, when I took back in to say it was cracked they tried to say it was a "rock chip" in the exact same location less than two months apart. Then when I complained to corporate....they said well you have a rock chip again....how would they Know, they are in Ohio and have not seen the car. Horrible horrible service. They actually will drive you nuts with their automated calls and texts but then not stand behind their service. Awful! read more

Windshield was supposed to be replaced between 8a.m.-12p.m. Took morning off work for this. Showed up at 1:30p.m. to start. Work was okay but caulk on inside was bulging out of trim inside and making trim bulge also. Would try someone else if given opportunity again. read more

Got a nasty crack on my windshield and heading out of town in a couple days. Didn't realize they did walk in service, but they do. I dealt with a very friendly, informative, and helpful staff. I never write reviews but I had to for this Safelite because they provided some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I made an appointment through my insurance company for a few chips in my windshield. So I show up 10 minutes before my appointment and Malinda was waiting outside for me. She knew exactly what I was there for and promptly explained their process and then took me inside where they offered water or coffee. She estimated about an hour but finished in 45 minutes. When she was done my windshield looked as good as new and they also washed my windows and vacuumed my floor mats. She asked me if I had any questions and since I didn't I was on my way. The process was so quick and easy and she was one of the nicest people. Great job! Definitely recommend coming here. read more
