Weather was going to be questionable for our party day but Ashish was SUPER helpful and understanding and said that we could cancel with no charge if needed. The clouds parted and the sun came out just for us. Ashish and a crew member showed up an hour early to set and came about an hour and a half after our agreed upon pickup time. I'm not complaining AT ALL bc my kid and her cousins got extra play time. Plus they were out of my hair while we cleaned up after the party. I am having a different type of party coming up soon. Due to how different my party is, I don't need a jumper rental until 7pm and was hoping to have it till 10pm ( only one hour later than most rentals) the first company that was recommend to us were honest and said upfront that they could not work with me until 10pm. Then I was recommended this company, I was told the "man is really nice". So my friend started some leg work for me and called him a week ago. She spoke with "Don" (I believe) and he said, he might be willing to work with us and pick up an hour later than normal, but that the person booking the jumper needed to call him. I called him last Wednesday, left a detailed message and asked if they would be willing to work with us for an extra hour ( I mentioned paying a reasonable extra fee for later pick up). I did not receive a single phone call and thought, maybe something happened I called again yesterday at 10am (on Tuesday 6 days later) left another message. No return call all day. I called today and I am assuming Don picked up the phone. I told him who I was and that I had left 2 messages and was waiting for his return call." Ohh, yeah, regarding that. yeah, I am not interested in doing that for you!" (with a, you are not important to my business tone) I was so upset, he could have been honest with my friend to begin with, almost 2 weeks ago, and we could have found someone else already. I said thank you for bad customer service by not returning my calls and I hung up. I didn't research him because he was recommended by the staff of the hall and he sounded nice and seemed nice enough to do it when he led my friend on. I just found other reviews about him on other websites and they are very similar to my experience, if not worse!! Do your research and it is clear I am not the only person that he has had bad customer service with. Called in the late morning of the day we decided to have a surprise birthday jumbo slide and jump house. Jolly Jumps not only reserved out jump house for 4:00 the same day, but actually brought it hours early for us to enjoy, and didn't need to pick it up until the next morning at no additional charge. I called Jolly Jumps on Mothers day and requested a jumper for my grand daughters birthday the next day. Ashish informed me they were reopening the next day and he would be more than happy to take care of my needs. He asked her age, what she likes, special colors, etc! I told him the time of the party and he said no problem we will take care of everything! OMG, they showed up exactly on time, had on a mask, set up the jumper, than he actually sprayed it down and cleaned it inside and out! The gentleman was so kind and pleasant. All he wanted to know is how else can he assist me.? I told him what time the party was over and he said he would be there to pick it up. The entire experience went so GOOD and the price was even better! Being I only gave him 24 hours notice on a Sunday he could of charged me double and i would of paid it.
