I decided to do a very last minute reservation for a slide from Jolly Jumps online. It was extremely easy to book the slide and I paid online and they texted me the next day to reconfirm that they were all set and what time they would deliver. We had to coordinate specific times for delivery and pick up because the party location was at our neighborhood clubhouse with an event happening right after mine. Ashish was very accommodating. The set up and tear down was exactly at the time we agreed on. At set up, the jumper is vacuumed clean, checked for safety, and confirmed for placement and location. Delivery fees are included in price. Payment options are great. We paid before the event online which was very convenient with one less task to complete during the party. Also, you get an email confirmation and a call from Ashish prior to the party to confirm all the details. This was great as I had reserved a few weeks before the event. They arrived early to the park.. the set up was quick and accurate.. the bounce house was clean and appeared to be brand new.. our guests had a great time.. the generator worked like a charm.
